Bank Jakarta offers various credit products for the Micro Enterprise segment. For the Micro segment, Bank Jakarta provides the Monas Credit (Unsecured and Secured) and the Abang Mikro Program Credit. Bank Jakarta also distributes the People's Business Credit and supports the program of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, namely JakPreneur.
Bank Jakarta offers various credit products for the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) segment. For the SME segment, Bank Jakarta provides Working Capital Credit and Investment Credit. Bank Jakarta also offers the Jakarta Contractor Credit, which is a credit facility for contractors within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, DKI Jakarta Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD), Public Service Agencies (BLUD) with funding sourced from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, or subsidiaries of Jakarta BUMD.
MSME actors who can apply for credit from Bank Jakarta are those residing in Bank Jakarta's operational areas, such as Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Gresik, and Lampung.
In general, the documents that must be prepared include:
- Identity: Applicant's ID card (and spouse's if married), Family Card, and Taxpayer Identification Number (mandatory for credit limits above IDR 50 million).
- Business Legality: Business Identification Number (NIB) or Business Certificate (SKU) from the local sub-district office. For Jakpreneur members, a certificate or proof of membership will be highly beneficial.
- Financials: Sales records, receipts, or savings account statements for the last 3–6 months.
The costs that are typically deducted directly upon disbursement (or paid upfront) include:
- Administration fees and provision fees (the percentage depends on the product type).
- Life insurance and credit insurance fees (to anticipate risks in case of the debtor's death or default).
- Notary and collateral binding fees (if using land/building certificates as collateral).
