Items You Can Store in a SDB
- Perishable solid or liquid materials, explosives, chemicals and/or drugs (narcotics), and items that may damage the SDB.
- The SDB cannot be used to store prohibited items or hazardous materials that may endanger humans, the environment, or Bank facilities.
Fees Based on SDB Size
- Annual Rental Fee + 11% VAT:

*Rental and deposit fees are subject to change in accordance with Bank Jakarta's policy.
Terms, Conditions, and Procedures
The rental period is valid for 1 year and is renewable according to Bank Jakarta's policies.
Must maintain an active Savings or Current Account at Bank Jakarta.
Provide valid personal identification and required supporting documents.
Submit legal documentation for business entity accounts.
Complete the SDB rental application form.
Access to the SDB is restricted to Bank Jakarta's operational hours.
The renter or authorized representative must adhere to all SDB access procedures.
Sign all required agreements and documentation.
Option to appoint an authorized representative in accordance with Bank Jakarta's policies.

- Bank Jakarta Safe Deposit Boxes are available at the following branches: KC Balaikota, KC Kebayoran Baru, KCP Cempaka Mas, and KCP Bogor.
- Bank Jakarta's Safe Deposit Boxes are equipped with specialized security features, including a secure vault room, fire-resistant steel construction, and protection against unauthorized tampering.
- Bank Jakarta's Safe Deposit Boxes offer a secure environment to maintain the confidentiality of valuable items and documents, reducing the risk of loss or damage.
- Renters may only access their SDB during Bank Jakarta's operational hours.
- Additional fees will be charged for lost keys or in the event that forced opening is required.
- Late payment penalties apply to overdue rental fees.
- If the renter cannot be contacted and has been in arrears for more than 6 months, Bank Jakarta reserves the right to force open the SDB in accordance with established procedures.
- Rental cancellation prior to the maturity date does not entitle the renter to a refund of fees already paid.
- Bank Jakarta is not liable for the loss or damage of SDB contents, in accordance with the applicable rental agreement.
- Bank Jakarta's operational hours are 08:00–15:00 WIB on business days.
- Bank Jakarta will provide notification regarding any changes to benefits, fees, risks, terms, and conditions, as required by prevailing regulations.

- Bank Jakarta reserves the right to decline applications if requirements are not met.
