Terms and Conditions

A. General Terms

• The program is open to customers who hold Bank Jakarta Classic & Platinum Visa Debit Cards and Bank Jakarta Syariah Visa Debit Cards.

• Customers must have a minimum total transaction frequency of 5 transactions and a minimum total transaction value of IDR 10 million within one month.

• The program is valid until December 2026.

B. Winner Categories

• Winners are ranked based on the following criteria:

  1. Highest total transaction frequency within one month.

  2. Highest total transaction value within one month.

• 10 winners per month (Conventional Customers).

• 5 winners per month (Sharia Customers).

C. Cashback Reward

• Each winner will receive IDR 1 million cashback per customer (Conventional and Sharia Customers).

D. Eligible Transactions

• Eligible transactions include successful transactions made domestically and internationally during the program period.

• Eligible transactions include:

  • Transactions at physical merchants.

  • E-commerce or online merchant transactions.

  • Bill payments through e-commerce, online merchants, and digital subscriptions (subscription).

E. Winner Announcement and Reward Distribution

• Winners will be announced every month.

• Winners will be announced 14 days after the end of each month (H+14) through Bank Jakarta's official social media channels.

• The reward will be distributed 21 days after the end of each month (H+21) to the winners.

F. Miscellaneous

• Each customer is eligible to win only once throughout the program period.

• Bank Jakarta employees are not eligible to participate in this program.

• Bank Jakarta reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notification.

• In the event of any fraudulent activity, the organizer reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the cashback that has been or will be awarded to the winner.
