Successfully Improving Financial Performance, Bank DKI Director of Finance & Strategy Wins Best Performance CFO Awards 2023

Director of Finance & Strategy at Bank DKI, Romy Wijayanto (right) receives an award given by CEO & Chief Editor of Warta Ekonomi Group, Muhamad Ihsan (left), as Best Performance Chief Financial Officer 2023 in Consistency of Realizing Profit Growth, (Category: Regional Bank) organized by Warta Ekonomi, with research and jury from INDEF (institute for Development of Economics and Finance) and Segara Research Institute, at the Indonesia Best CFO Awards 2023 on Tuesday (28/02/2023).

The award was given to the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) or Director of Finance for the performance and innovation carried out throughout the Covid-19 pandemic period and economic uncertainty, starting from strategic company business initiatives and digital transformation, governance, to company strategy in order to maintain business performance and sustainable company growth. The main aspect assessed is the achievement of business performance, which includes asset growth, ROE, ROI, Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Own Capital to Total Assets Ratio, as well as monitoring media to assess the company's strategic policies.

Bank DKI's financial performance up to the end of 2022 recorded an increase in net profit to IDR 939.11 billion, growing 29.11% compared to the December 2021 period of IDR 727.36 billion. With total assets growing 11.51% to IDR 78.88 trillion compared to IDR 70.74 trillion in the same period the previous year.

With the NPL being 1.75% down from 2.98% in December 2021. The ROE ratio reached 10.10%, higher than the previous 7.96% in December 2021, BOPO was maintained at 78.19%. In the future, Bank DKI will continue to improve and sharpen Transformation 5.0 with various more concrete work programs through digital innovation, including various Corporate Actions so that it can grow healthily and sustainably and can meet the expectations of all Stakeholders and Shareholders.
