Brilliant Performance, Bank DKI Wins Indonesia Top Bank Awards 2023 and Top Banking CEO 2023
Jakarta, July 01 2023The brilliant performance achieved by Bank DKI under the command of the President Director, Fidri Arnaldy, was again appreciated by the Independent media, with the awarding of 2 (two) award categories, namely as Top Bank 2023 in Capital > 4 Trillion Category as well as the individual award category aimed at the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy as Top Banking CEO 2023 at the 4th Indonesia Top Bank Awards 2023 and Indonesia Top Banking CEO 2023 organized by The Iconomics on Tuesday (27/06).
The President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, expressed his gratitude to all stakeholders, especially the support of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as the controlling shareholder and Bank DKI customers for the trust given, so that this award as "Top Bank" can be received by Bank DKI. "This award is of course Bank DKI's offering to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as a special gift on the 496th anniversary of the DKI Jakarta Province. As a BPD belonging to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, Bank DKI will continue to play a role in encouraging development and as an agent of economic equality for the community, especially in DKI Jakarta." Fidri said.
Fidri further explained that Bank DKI continues to carry out a series of collaborations with various entities in the chain of economic actors in DKI Jakarta, including various syndicated credit distributions through collaboration between Bank DKI and Regional Development Banks from all over Indonesia (BPD-SI). This strategic step continues to be taken by Bank DKI in an effort to realize the Golden Indonesia Vision 2045 by supporting the successful development of infrastructure, industrial sectors and other sectors that have high growth potential. Bank DKI acts as the mandated lead arranger to ensure the smooth and successful distribution of a number of syndicated loans.
In determining the companies and CEOs from the banking industry who will be included in Indonesia Top Bank 2023 and Top Banking CEO 2023, The Iconomics together with Axia Research conducted an assessment of financial performance for 2021 to 2022, including Profitability and Profitability with Rank (40% weight) and Growth (60% weight).

Before serving as President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy was assigned to various fields, from marketing, both credit and funds, internal audit, operations, to conventional and sharia institutional relations, serving as Regional Leader of Bank BRI to Director of Retail Business of Bank BRI Syariah. In his career spanning more than 32 years, he was the figure behind the success of Bank BRI Syariah in implementing digital loans (I Kurma) which is a digital application for processing micro financing and share prices reached the highest level at IDR 3,350 and entered the BUKU 3 banking group from previously being in the BUKU 2 banking group.
Under his leadership, Bank DKI's performance improvement has also grown rapidly and healthily, reflected in Bank DKI's Bank Health Level (TKB) category 2 (Good) for 2 years. Bank DKI closed 2022 by recording a net profit for the period of IDR 939.11 billion, which is the Company's highest profit achievement since its founding. Profit grew 29.11% compared to the December 2021 period of IDR 727.36 billion. Not to mention PEFINDO's achievement of upgrading Bank DKI's investment rating from previously "idAA- (Double A Minus)" since 2018 to "idAA (Double A)" with a stable outlook.
Bank DKI is also increasingly adaptive in developing digital banking services to expand public financial access such as the JakOne Mobile super apps, JakOne Pay simple apps, JakOne Abank and other digital banking services such as the Cash Management System, as well as developing digital lending applications for credit and financing facilities. In terms of card-based non-cash transaction services, Bank DKI continues to expand the acceptance of JakCard as an electronic money card for various DKI Jakarta transportation modes, entrance tickets to museums and tourist attractions managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and BUMD, to transactions at various merchants collaborating with DKI Bank.
