Consistent Acceleration of Digitalization, Bank DKI Receives Regional Government Appreciation 2023
Jakarta, September 13 2023Jakarta – Bank DKI won an award as a Regional Partner with Superior Performance "Advancing Jakarta Through Accelerating Digital Transformation" for its digital transformation program initiatives which were implemented consistently. This appreciation was received directly by the Compliance Director of Bank DKI, Ateng Rivai at the 2023 Regional Government Appreciation Night (APDI) which was held on Tuesday (12/9/2023). APDI 2023 is a collaboration between B-Universe and the Directorate General of Regional Autonomy, Ministry of Home Affairs and the Association of Regency Governments throughout Indonesia.
The Director of Technology & Operations at Bank DKI and the Acting Director (Plt.) of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, on a separate occasion expressed his gratitude for the award given. In recent years, digitalization has become a major milestone in the development of the banking industry in an effort to provide banking services that are faster, more efficient and safer. "Bank DKI's digital transformation initiative is not only aimed at expanding financial access and increasing the added value of products and services, but is also aimed at strengthening partnerships with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as a shareholder, in particular supporting various DKI Jakarta Province programs as a form of support for realizing Jakarta as a global city." said Amirul.
Bank DKI continues to develop a number of digital products and services, including the JakOne Mobile application as a super app, with various features that can accommodate various daily financial transaction needs digitally, such as paying various bills, taxes, levies, online shopping, electronic money top ups and QRIS transactions. Furthermore, in supporting the development of MSME players, Bank DKI presents the JakOne Abank service which can provide added value for business development through an agency system. Apart from that, Bank DKI continues to develop digital lending applications with the aim of making the credit/financing application process easier.
Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian, who was also present and gave a speech, said he really appreciated the performance of regional heads which could be seen through the 2023 APDI event. "There are activities carried out by B-Universe, giving awards through strict, objective and credible selection. Making regional heads compete," explained Tito.
In line with this, the Executive Chairman of B-Universe, Enggartiasto Lukita, said that this event was held to appreciate the hard work of regional governments as well as being a trigger to further increase innovation in their respective regions.

Furthermore, currently Bank DKI has also carried out various initiatives to expand acceptance of card-based digital transaction products, JakCard, starting from electronic tickets on various transportation networks in the city of Jakarta, such as the JakLingko network, Transjakarta, MRT Jakarta, LRT Jakarta, to the latest, namely the KRL and LRT Jabodebek networks. The DKI Bank JakCard can also be used as an entry ticket at a number of tourist attractions managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, as well as payments on a number of toll roads such as Jagorawi, JORR, Bogor Outer Ring Road, inner city toll roads to the Bali-Mandara toll road.
