Holding Promo Festival, Bank DKI Continues to Encourage Consumer Credit Growth

As a series of celebrations for DKI Jakarta's 495th Anniversary, Bank DKI collaborated with the Environmental Service to hold a promotional event at the Environmental Service Parking Area, Thursday (30/06). The event was attended by the Director of Retail and Sharia at Bank DKI, Babay Parid Wazdi and the Head of the DKI Jakarta Environmental Service, Asep Kuswanto.
Director of Retail and Sharia at Bank DKI, Babay Parid Wazdi said, "to get closer to customers and in the momentum of the 495th DKI Jakarta Anniversary series, Bank DKI has held a Promo Festival from 22 June 2022 to 30 June 2022 with various interesting promotions. The event, which was held from 22 June 2022, was held in the office areas of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government such as the DKI Jakarta City Hall, the Mayor's Office and the Service Offices. "DKI Jakarta Environment. This Promotion Promotion Program is a form of our appreciation for civil servants within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government."
Babay Parid added, "In line with community mobility starting to increase, Bank DKI will continue to encourage consumer credit growth in 2022, especially Multi-Purpose Credit and Griya Monas KPR products." In his statement, he also said that Bank DKI will continue to expand the consumer credit market not only within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government but will also target the consumer market that has been targeted in Bank DKI's Business Mapping.
In 2021, Multi-Purpose Credit distribution experienced growth of 15.34% or IDR 11.2 trillion at the end of 2020 to IDR 12.9 trillion at the end of 2021. The development of Multi-Purpose Credit during 2021 was influenced by several factors, including the relative easing of the Covid-19 pandemic and increased marketing and product promotion activities.
As part of the digital transformation program, for customers who want to apply for multi-purpose credit or KPR, Bank DKI also provides an e-form consumer loan application as a credit application service that can be done anywhere and at any time. "The method is easy, go to the Bank DKI website at www.eform.bankdki.co.id then select 'submit an application', select the type of credit you want, then fill in the application data form with your personal data according to your KTP and Family Card. Next, the customer fills in employment data and financial data, and finally selects approval to complete the credit application process."
Apart from Multi-Purpose Credit products, Bank DKI also plans to increase the marketing of Home Ownership Credit products, including expanding the target segmentation of KPR Prosperous Housing Financing Liquidity Facilities (FLPP) which will be marketed to contract employees or Non-Permanent Employees (PTT/PJLP/Honor/Contract) and Linkages within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. This is one of the optimization efforts as a form of Bank DKI's support for the one million houses program launched by the central government based on the Cooperation Agreement that was signed by Bank DKI with BP Tapera last January 2022.
Head of the Environmental Service, Asep Kuswanto, hopes that this activity can provide benefits for improving the welfare of contract employees or non-permanent employees (PTT/PJLP/Honor/Contract) within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. "Hopefully the current collaboration can continue to be improved. We hope that Bank DKI as the BUMD of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government can continue to improve services to customers," concluded Asep.
