Collaboration between Bank DKI and PT Jalin Payment Nusantara, now Bank DKI customers can withdraw cash without a card at BRI ATMs
Jakarta, March 28 2024Jakarta – Bank DKI has once again demonstrated its commitment to providing the best service to customers, especially in digital services. Through collaboration with PT Jalin Payment Nusantara (Jalin), Bank DKI customers can now make Cardless Cash Withdrawals or cardless cash withdrawals on all BRI ATM networks in Indonesia. This collaboration was marked by the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) carried out by the Director of Technology & Operations and Acting Director (Plt.) of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono and the Commercial Director of PT Jalin Payment Nusantara, Eko Dedi Rukminto in Jakarta on Thursday (28/03).
Director of Technology & Operations and Acting Principal Director of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, welcomed the collaboration between Bank DKI, Bank BRI and PT Jalin Payment Nusantara. "This collaboration aims to provide convenience in transactions to Bank DKI customers. Through the Cardless Cash Withdrawal (CCW) feature accommodated by Jalin on the JakOne Mobile application, Bank DKI customers can now easily make cardless cash withdrawals on the BRI Bank ATM network throughout Indonesia," said Amirul.
Meanwhile, the Commercial Director of PT Jalin Payment Nusantara, Eko Dedi Rukminto, also gave a positive view of the strategic collaboration that was established by stating that the Cardless Cash Withdrawal (CCW) feature from Jalin makes it easy for Bank DKI customers to make transactions at thousands of BRI ATMs throughout Indonesia. "This step supports interconnection and interoperability between Bank DKI and Bank BRI to expand access to financial services," said Eko.
The benefits of this collaboration initiative are very significant for both parties, both Bank DKI and Bank BRI. Bank DKI will gain benefits in terms of expanding services to customers, improving the quality of Bank DKI services, as well as strengthening relationships with existing Bank DKI customers. This also allows Bank DKI to expand its market share and increase its competitive advantage in the banking industry while actively expanding outside the Jabodetabek area. On the other hand, Bank BRI will also benefit from this partnership. By opening cardless cash withdrawal access to Bank DKI customers across its ATM network, BRI will have the opportunity to increase transaction volume and use of their ATM services.
For information, previously the cardless cash withdrawal feature could be used to carry out cardless cash withdrawal transactions at Bank DKI ATMs and ATMs of other collaborating banks, such as BCA and BNI with the Prima logo. Apart from that, cardless cash withdrawal transactions can also be done through Indomaret cashiers in all networks spread across Indonesia.
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi, emphasized that expanding service access through the JakOne Mobile application shows Bank DKI's commitment to continuously innovate in providing safe, easy and fast digital banking services.
"Bank DKI always strives to adapt to the needs of the community in the era of digitalization, with the hope that it will continue to be the bank of choice and relied on by the community in terms of financial services," concluded Arie.
