62nd Anniversary, Bank DKI Holds Tasyakuran with the theme "Transformation Towards a Digital Ecosystem"

Jakarta – Bank DKI held a thanksgiving and distributed compensation worth a total of IDR 2 billion to 8,500 orphans and poor people as well as Umrah packages to 7 (seven) orphans from 5 areas of the DKI Jakarta Administrative City and Seriibu Islands Regency. This event coincided with the 62nd anniversary of Bank DKI with the theme "Transformation Towards a Digital Ecosystem" which was held at the Istqilal Mosque, Jakarta (11/04). The President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, in his speech expressed his gratitude at the age of 62, Bank DKI has become one of the banks that has grown in size along with the development of sustainable development of DKI Jakarta.

Fidri also expressed his thanks to all shareholders, in this case the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and Perumda Pasar Jaya, work partners and customers who continue to provide support to Bank DKI. "This year's 62nd anniversary of Bank DKI is a momentum to trace Bank DKI's long journey." Said Fidri, who recently received an award as The Best CEO in the Regional Bank category from the 50 best CEOs at the Indonesia Best 50 CEO Awards 2023.

Commemoration of Bank DKI's 62nd Anniversary which was also attended by Prof. Dr. Nasaruddin Umar M.A. as the high priest of the Istiqlal Mosque in Jakarta, as well as a number of DKI Jakarta Provincial Government officials, carried the theme "Transformation Towards a Digital Ecosystem" as a reflection of the journey in realizing a cashless ecosystem through innovative and capable digital banking services. On this occasion, the Regional Secretary of DKI Jakarta Province, Joko Agus Setyono, who represented Acting. The Governor of DKI Jakarta, Heru Budi Hartono, expressed his hope that Bank DKI will always be able to provide a positive role in developing society and also have implications in providing added value to the economy of DKI Jakarta Province. Apart from that, the high priest of the Istiqlal Mosque in Jakarta, Nasaruddin Umar, also gave a sermon with a message about the benefits of giving alms in line with the compensation activities delivered by Bank DKI to thousands of orphans and poor people.

Various transformation initiatives carried out by Bank DKI since 2021 entitled "Transformation 5.0 Bank DKI" have recorded various initiatives that play an important role for the organization, including changes to the organizational structure and business formation, improvements in various fields including IT, HR, Governance, Risk and Compliance as well as expanding business networks. Furthermore, through the Transformation Program, Bank DKI has succeeded in recording a number of achievements, including encouraging performance improvements. Closing 2022, Bank DKI recorded an increase in net profit of 29.1% to IDR 939.1 billion compared to the December 2021 period, which is the highest profit in the company's history. With total assets reaching IDR 78.8 trillion, Bank DKI has recorded an increase in assets of IDR 22 trillion in a period of 1.5 years. This increase in assets was supported by growth in Third Party Funds of 12.8% and credit growth of 23.5% at the end of 2022. This growth was above the average growth in TPF and National Banking Credit, which were recorded at 9.0% and 11.4% respectively.

Along with business growth, to improve the quality of service and organizational governance, Bank DKI has implemented operational standards using global standards in several aspects and has received international certification (ISO) in the fields of Risk Management, Technology, Procurement Systems and Anti-Bribery Management Systems (SMAP), namely: ISO 9001, ISO 37001, ISO 27001 and ISO 31000. Alhamdulillah, in this way Bank DKI was able to achieve achievements and appreciation from various independent institutions. 34 (thirty four) awards throughout 2022 and 26 (Twenty Six) award categories in early 2023.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi added, in the future Bank DKI will continue to play its role as a locomotive driving the regional economy through various collaborations and strengthening its work to ensure the success of Jakarta for Indonesia. "Of course we hope that Bank DKI can become the Bank of Choice for the people of DKI Jakarta, through various digital services that make it easier and more solutions." Arie said.

Bank DKI Launches Command Center

Still in the momentum of Bank DKI's 62nd anniversary, as a form of improving services to the entire community, Bank DKI launched a Command Center which functions as a monitoring center for all information technology-based services owned by Bank DKI as well as being a center for assignments, coordination and control needed as a response to the crisis faced by the company.

For information, the Bank DKI Command Center has been equipped with the latest modern infrastructure and is based on data integration from various sources which can be processed and displayed according to needs in real-time, functioning as a dashboard for precise and accurate decision-making processes. Through the launch of this Command Center, Bank DKI emphasizes its important attention in developing digital-based services, to further encourage Bank DKI's positioning to become not just a Regional Development Bank (BPD) that contributes to the regional scope of the city of DKI Jakarta, but can also contribute on a wider scale, nationally.
