Bank DKI's JakOne Mobile Cardless Cash Withdrawal Innovation was awarded the 2023 Top Innovation Choice Award

Bank DKI Technology & Operations Director, Amirul Wicaksono received an award from Infobrand and Tras N Co Indonesia as the 2023 Top Innovation Choice Award for Cardless Cash Withdrawal Innovation, at the 2023 Top Innovation Choice Award held in Jakarta on Thursday (13/04), for the digitalization innovation efforts carried out by Bank DKI, especially the cardless cash withdrawal transaction feature on the JakOne Mobile application. Awards are given to companies or brands for their success in creating product or service innovations, referring to three assessment parameters, namely: innovation idea aspect, innovation advantage aspect and innovation differentiation aspect.

Under the leadership of the President Director, Fidri Arnaldy, Bank DKI is increasingly adaptive in providing digital services to encourage the implementation of non-cash transactions. One of them is the JakOne Mobile application with superior features, namely the Mobile Cash feature which allows customers to make cardless cash withdrawal transactions at Bank DKI ATMs and ATMs of other collaborating banks, such as BCA, BNI and CIMB Niaga with the Prima logo.
