Jakarta Deputy Governor Rano Karno expressed his appreciation for Bank Jakarta's transformational steps, including the inauguration of the Kebayoran Park branch as a future branch. He stated that this step demonstrates Bank Jakarta's commitment to meeting the evolving needs of the community while supporting Jakarta's transformation into a global city.
"On behalf of the Jakarta Provincial Government, we support and welcome the presence of the New Look Bank Jakarta Kebayoran Park branch, reflecting Bank Jakarta's commitment to continuously transforming to meet customer needs. Bank Jakarta plays a crucial role as a regional development bank, not only providing financial services but also supporting business growth, expanding access to financing, and driving Jakarta's economic transformation," said Rano.
He also expressed his hope that Bank Jakarta would continue to expand access to banking services, including by providing ATMs in apartment complexes to make it easier for the public to access financial services.
The Kebayoran Park branch features the "Modern, Accessible, Connected" concept, providing a more comfortable, collaborative, and personalized service space for customers. This concept is also reinforced by the implementation of Bank Jakarta's new identity, including the use of new uniforms for frontline staff.
Bank Jakarta President Director Agus H. Widodo stated that the inauguration of the Kebayoran Park branch office is not just about presenting a new branch office, but also a milestone in Bank Jakarta's service transformation.
"Today, we are not just inaugurating a building. What has changed is not just the appearance of the branch office, but also the way we serve the public. A bank's transformation is not achieved solely through technology or a more modern building, but rather through the experience of easier, faster, more convenient, and more humane services," Agus said.
According to Agus, the presence of branch offices remains relevant in the digital era because trust is built through human interaction. Therefore, the future of banking is not about choosing between digital services and branches, but rather about providing digital, intelligent, and efficient branches that provide the best customer experience.
He explained that the Kebayoran Park branch office is the first prototype of Bank Jakarta's next-generation branch office, which will serve as a benchmark for the transformation of other branch networks. Through the transformation of service spaces, business processes, and service culture, Bank Jakarta is presenting a more open office atmosphere, simpler and more digitalized service processes, and a new spirit of service that is friendlier, more professional, and more customer-oriented.
"We're not building a more beautiful branch, but one that's more relevant to the lifestyle of Jakartans today. Going forward, this service model will be replicated across the Bank Jakarta network to ensure a modern, fast, convenient, and consistent service experience for the public," said Agus. Tety Kurniawaty Wijaya, a representative of Kebayoran Park Mall Management, welcomed Bank Jakarta's presence in Kebayoran Park. She stated that the opening of the branch office complements the various public services already available in the area and provides easier access to financial services for the public.
"We thank Bank Jakarta for their trust in opening a branch office in Kebayoran Park. We hope its presence will provide benefits and added value to tenants, visitors, and the surrounding community," said Tety.
Meanwhile, Bank Jakarta Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi stated that the development of the New Look Branch concept is part of Bank Jakarta's ongoing efforts to strengthen the company's transformation and consistently implement a new identity across its entire office network.
"The presence of the New Look Branch at the Kebayoran Park Branch Office is one manifestation of the implementation of Bank Jakarta's new identity. This update not only presents a more modern and representative appearance, but also reflects the spirit of Bank Jakarta's transformation as a banking institution.
