Bank DKI Collaborates with PT Chubb Life Insurance Indonesia, Establishes Partnership to Improve Insurance Services
Jakarta, December 27 2024Jakarta – In order to realize its commitment to provide the best service according to customer needs, Bank DKI collaborates with PT Chubb Life Insurance Indonesia (Chubb Life) to provide extra benefits in the form of life insurance protection to Bank DKI Monas Plan Savings customers. Providing this insurance benefit is Bank DKI's support to customers who want to realize their plans with peace of mind. The signing of the Cooperation Agreement took place on Tuesday (24/12) in Jakarta, by the Director of Retail & Sharia at Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus, together with the President Director of Chubb Life, Kumaran Chinan, as well as the Management of Bank DKI and Chubb Life.
Through this collaboration, customers of Bank DKI's Monas Plan Savings product will get additional benefits in the form of life insurance, which means customers who open Monas Plan Savings will automatically get life insurance protection without having to pay a premium, because all premiums have been paid by Bank DKI. This insurance benefit includes protection against the risk of death due to illness or accident. In this situation, the customer's remaining obligations will be paid off immediately, and the protection benefits will be given to the heirs in accordance with the policy provisions.
Director of Retail & Sharia at Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus, said that through this program, Bank DKI wants to provide more value than just savings services to customers but rather an integrated insurance protection solution to provide peace and guarantee for customers' families. Apart from that, by utilizing the JakOne Mobile application, Bank DKI customers who have Monas Plan savings can autodebit automatically and monitor their savings directly from the JakOne Mobile application.
