Bank DKI Urges BST Recipients to Use JakOne Mobile
Jakarta, July 20 2021Published: 20 July 2021 Responding to news regarding the busy queues for Cash Social Assistance (BST) withdrawals at ATMs, Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini appealed to BST recipients to take advantage of non-cash transaction services via JakOne Mobile provided by Bank DKI.
In his written statement on Tuesday, July 20 2021, Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini said, "in the midst of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we strongly recommend that BST recipients take advantage of the non-cash services we have provided through JakOne Mobile, so there is no need to go to an ATM and crowd around which can trigger the spread of Covid-19."
JakOne Mobile itself is a financial service application which consists of various features such as mobile banking and mobile wallet as well as a scan to pay feature which can be used for payment transactions for daily needs via QR Code with more than thousands of merchants who have collaborated. "Please use JakOne Mobile to simplify your various banking transaction needs, starting from transfers between accounts, bill payments, online shopping, or e-wallet purchases which can be done anywhere, anytime," added Herry.
For residents of DKI Jakarta who have registered as BST recipients and have a Bank DKI ATM, see the procedures for registration and linking to an account below:
1. Download the JakOne Mobile application on Google Playstore or AppStore.
2. Open the JakOne Mobile application, select register.
3. Select and click agree.
4. Select not to have an account.
5. Fill in the data completely then select continue.
6. Select only JakOne Pay electronic money.
7. Confirm opening of JakOne Pay E-Wallet.
8. There will be an OTP code notification, which will be sent to an SMS message, make sure you have credit.
9. Enter the OTP code sent via SMS to your telephone number.
10. Registration is complete again with the JakOne Mobile PIN that you have created.
As is known, in order to provide convenience for DKI Jakarta residents in the midst of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Bank DKI together with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government began distributing Cash Social Assistance (BST) to 1 million Beneficiary Families on Monday, July 19 2021.
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini, in his written statement said, "A total of 1 million heads of families spread throughout the DKI Jakarta area will receive BST funds amounting to IDR 600 thousand. The DKI Provincial Government has prepared a budget of IDR 604 billion for cash social assistance or BST to 1 million heads of families (KK) beneficiaries during the emergency PPKM. The BST value this time reached IDR 600,000 per family from the results of the distribution plan for stages 5 and 6 which were delayed in last May-June 2021".
"As advised by the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan, this Social Assistance is funded by the DKI Jakarta APBD, please use it wisely to meet basic needs and please always maintain health protocols and always pray for the safety of all of us," added Herry.
In the process of distributing BST or DKI Jakarta Provincial Government programs such as KJP Plus, KJMU, KLJ, KPDJ, KAJ, KPJ, Dasa Wisma Card or other Social Assistance, all Bank DKI Management and employees do not accept or ask for gifts or gifts in any form and Bank DKI never charges any fees (administrative fees, transportation costs and other costs) in the distribution process of various DKI Jakarta Provincial Government programs. Apart from that, the public is also asked to maintain the confidentiality of their ATM PIN when making transactions using an ATM machine.
