2025 Eid Holidays, Bank DKI Implements Limited Service Operations

Jakarta – Welcoming Eid al-Fitr 1446 H/2025 AD, as a form of Bank DKI's service to the community's needs in carrying out banking transactions, Bank DKI implements limited service operations during collective leave and national holidays in accordance with government regulations. In a written statement in Jakarta (31/03), Bank DKI conveyed the operational schedule during the 2025 Eid holiday period to provide comfort and smoothness for customers in carrying out banking transactions.

Bank DKI will implement limited operational services on March 31 2025, April 1-5 2025, and April 7 2025 at specified Branch Office locations along with operational hours. The limited services that can be provided include opening an account, withdrawing/depositing cash, transferring between Bank DKI accounts, and handling customer complaints.

The following is a list of locations and operational hours of branch offices that operate on a limited basis

March 31 2025 (10.00-15.00 WIB)

April 1 2025 (10.00-15.00 WIB)

April 2 2025 (08.00-12.00 WIB)

April 3 2025 (08.00-12.00 WIB)

Apart from opening limited operational services, Bank DKI has also prepared a total of 750 operational ATM units spread across various points in the DKI Jakarta area and its surroundings, including at sub-district and sub-district offices, shopping centers, stations, terminals and other public locations. Apart from that, along with the expansion of its office service network in several other large city areas, Bank DKI also has an ATM network in several large cities outside Jakarta, including Bandung, Semarang Solo, Gresik, Sidoarjo, and Lampung.
