The President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, said that this award was a special gift on the occasion of Bank DKI's 62nd Birthday which fell on April 11 2023. "This award is an appreciation and recognition of Bank DKI's commitment to developing innovative digital-based products and services, including consistent efforts to communicate various products, services, and company collaboration steps, which we realize through innovative corporate communication strategies and adapting to the latest communication trends. With the increasingly vital role of communication in shaping the company's positive image, Bank DKI continues to make maximum efforts to maintain the company's positive reputation, as well as utilizing social and digital media channels." For information, the award was given by Infobank Magazine and Isentia (a global analysis and media monitoring institution) for the success of companies that were deemed successful in promoting corporate brands and product brands digitally during the 2022-2023 period. The methodology used in the research went through eight stages which centered on social media channels. The eight stages are, determining categories, researching brands and keywords, choosing social media channels, generating data from social media, determining sentiment, retrieving data, calculating indexes, and determining the top three results in each category. Supriyanto, digital brand research was carried out to increase our awareness regarding new branding strategies that need to be carried out in the digital era.
