Improving Digital Services, Bank DKI and DPD Perbarindo Collaborate to Present Abank BPR

Bank DKI is again expanding its collaboration with strategic partners, in terms of improving digital services to expand banking access to the public. Most recently, Bank DKI signed a collaboration with DPD Perbarindo DKI Jaya & Surrounding Areas in terms of utilizing banking services, especially for BPR/BPRS customers (members of DPD Perbarindo DKI Jaya & Surrounding Areas) through BPR Abank (Bank Agent) services. The collaboration ceremony was signed in Tangerang (5/6) by the Director of Technology & Operations at Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono and the Chairman of the DPD Perbarindo DKI Jaya & Surrounding Areas, Ricardo Simatupang and the Deputy Chairperson of the DPD Perbarindo DKI Jaya & Surrounding Areas, Antonius Teddy S. Also present at the ceremony was the representative of the DKI Jakarta and Banten Regional Financial Services Authority 1, Roberto Akyuwen.

Director of Technology and Operations at Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, said that this collaboration is expected to provide benefits for BPR/BPRS as well as for the community, especially in increasing financial inclusion, "This collaboration has the potential to encourage BPR and BPRS to be increasingly able to grow and compete through increasing fee-based income from digital-based services," said Amirul.

For information, through collaboration between Bank DKI and members of the DPD Perbarindo DKI Jaya & Surrounding Areas, Bank DKI is ready to provide support by providing JakOne Abank service facilities and infrastructure to BPR customers to become agents branded as Abank (Bank Agent) BPR. In the future, various BPR customers can carry out various banking transactions anytime and anywhere without needing to go to a branch office, by using the Abank BPR application.

Furthermore, Amirul said, starting this collaboration, Abank BPR piloting will be carried out for 10 BPR/BPRS which are currently members of the DPD Perbarindo DKI Jaya & Surrounding Areas with a number of features including: banking transactions (transfers between accounts, virtual accounts, Balance Checks), payment and purchase transactions, tax transactions, QRIS scans, transaction reporting, and interesting promotional information. "Through the convenience of digital banking services, it is hoped that BPR/BPRS customer loyalty can continue to increase and provide increasingly beneficial contributions to national economic growth," said Amirul.

Under the leadership of the President Director, Fidri Arnaldy, Bank DKI is adaptive in presenting a variety of digital products to facilitate banking access, one of which is supporting MSMEs through JakOne Abank. JakOne Abank is an office-less banking service with an agency system using Mobile Point of Sale (MPOS) devices. JakOne Abank agents can serve various transactions, including transfers between accounts, paying taxes and levies, paying various bills and getting commissions from each transaction. Currently, the JakOne Abank application has been widely used by the public, especially MSMEs, as an effort to improve business.
