Bank Jakarta Wins Regulatory Compliance Award
Jakarta, May 23 2026JAKARTA – Bank Jakarta's consistency in implementing corporate governance succeeded in winning the Gold Regulatory Compliance award at the 2026 Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Awards held by Hukum Online in Jakarta (22/05). This award is given to companies that are able to make legal compliance a core value in strategic decision making.
Bank Jakarta Compliance Director, Ateng Rivai, in his written statement, expressed his gratitude to the Online Legal Editor for the award given, and also dedicated the award to all stakeholders. This award is a valuable appreciation for continuous efforts to improve corporate governance standards, including implementing compliance with banking regulations.
Ateng further said that implementing compliance with regulations as part of corporate governance is the main basis for Bank Jakarta's operations. IRCA is an award based on self-assessment with a structured methodology for companies that are exemplary in implementing legal compliance and sustainable governance. The assessment is carried out by considering aspects of evaluation and monitoring of compliance, socialization of regulations to the company internally, innovation and use of technology to facilitate legal compliance objectives; HR development strategy, and other relevant aspects.
