Bank DKI Invites South Jakarta Scouts to Care About the Environment with JakOne Artri

Collaborating with the South Jakarta Quarter Scouts, Bank DKI continues to encourage the emergence of the JakOne Artri Environmental Care community for the younger generation in DKI Jakarta. Most recently, Bank DKI together with the South Jakarta Kwartir Scouts and the South Jakarta City Administration and Mountrash Avatar Indonesia launched the JakOne Artri South Jakarta Kwartir Scout community. The launch was witnessed by the Deputy Mayor of South Jakarta, Isnawa Adji, the Head of the South Jakarta Branch of the Kwartir Scouts, Sayid Ali Zainal Abidin and the Head of Sub-Directorate of the Waste Management Directorate of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Ari Sugasri in Jakarta (15/11).
Deputy Mayor of South Jakarta, Isnawa Adji welcomed the collaboration between South Jakarta Scouts and Bank DKI through the launch of the JakOne Artri Community. He said that the JakOne Artri community could help manage the environment in South Jakarta, and could shape the character of the younger generation in DKI Jakarta into one that cares more about the environment. He also appreciated the Bank DKI initiative as an initiative that really touched the people of DKI Jakarta. He hopes that many parties in South Jakarta can join the JakOne Artri Community. It is possible that a program like this could be an example to be implemented in other regions.
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini, in his written statement stated that through the JakOne Artri application, it is hoped that Scout members can increase awareness of the environment through waste management which can still provide economic value through R3 (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) activities and is supported by modern applications. "This Scout organization is attended by the younger generation who in the future we hope will be more concerned about the environment. If they are consistent (saving waste), of course they can increase their income," said Herry.
For information, the flow of activities of the JakOne Artri community begins with sorting waste (bottles, plastic cups, paper and so on) by residents, then taking it to the Garbage Collector (Mountrash Point) to be weighed and recorded according to category using the JakOne Artri application. After being recorded, residents will receive money from selling waste non-cashly through the JakOne Artri application.
After the waste is collected, the waste collector will send a notification or ask the waste collector (Mountrash Collection Point) to pick up the waste. Here the waste will be weighed again, and then the results will be paid to waste collectors via the JakOne Artri application non-cashly. RT administrators, school administrators, PKK, building managers, Karang Taruna administrators and community builders can also join the JakOne Artri community as waste collectors. The formation of the JakOne Artri community will provide at least three benefits for the community, namely becoming a source of additional income, implementing an environmentally friendly lifestyle, and efforts to preserve the earth in a modern way.
Bank DKI will continue to embrace various communities in DKI Jakarta to join the JakOne Artri Community.
