Bank DKI Presents JakOne Erte to Make Citizens' Affairs Easier

Jakarta - One of DKI Jakarta's Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD), Bank DKI presents the JakOne Erte application to simplify the affairs of South Jakarta residents, which is socialized through the sub-district heads and village heads. The JakOne Erte socialization event was held in Jakarta (17/03). This event was also attended by the Acting Mayor of South Jakarta Isnawa Adji, sub-district heads and village heads as well as the presence of Bank DKI who delivered socialization material.

Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini in his written statement said that the JakOne Erte application was present as a form of Bank DKI's support for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in realizing DKI Jakarta as a developed city and happy citizens. JakOne Erte is an environmental management service application at the neighborhood level (RT) with various features that make it easier for RT administrators to serve their residents. JakOne Erte can accommodate citizen complaints to RT administrators and get responses in real time. Apart from that, residents can also process cover letters quickly and easily. This application is also integrated with JakOne Pay electronic money, so that residents can make payments and purchase various needs such as paying citizen fees, telephone payments, PDAM, BPJS and purchasing credit.

"Not only administrative management, JakOne Erte also provides news features and activity information that can be shared by residents. This can increase the spirit of togetherness and kinship between residents," said Herry. On the same occasion, Herry also said that some time ago Bank DKI also provided a stimulus in the form of a prize of a car for residents of the Bank DKI JakOne Samsat program who were tax compliant. This appreciation is also intended to educate about the ease of paying motor vehicle tax non-cash with JakOne Mobile. Bank DKI continues to be committed to encouraging an increase in the receipt of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) payments through JakOne Mobile as a form of Bank DKI's support in accelerating the increase in DKI Jakarta's original regional income (PAD) as well as supporting the non-cash transaction program.

Meanwhile, the Acting Mayor of South Jakarta, Isnawa Adji, also welcomed the JakOne Erte application positively. "If you want to pay RT fees, pay property taxes, buy credit, you can use this application. Second, avoid meeting the crowd face to face. So now everything can be done at home, because everything is made easy by Bank DKI," said Isnawa. Isnawa instructed sub-district and sub-district heads in the South Jakarta area to start socializing the JakOne Erte program initiated by Bank DKI. According to him, the JakOne Erte application is very good during the COVID-19 pandemic.

He explained that the JakOne Erte application has many functions, such as making complaints from residents to RT administrators and getting responses in real time. So, JakOne Erte is an environmental management service application at the RT level with various features that make it easier for RT administrators to serve their citizens. "So for RT activities, if you want to collect money, you can use the JakOne Erte application which is made easy by Bank DKI, so you don't need to meet face to face anymore considering that the COVID-19 pandemic is still going on. If you want to pay taxes, for example, waste fees and so on. So you don't even have to meet, especially in the future it will be easier for the community with the various applications that have been developed," he concluded.
