Expanding Banking Services, Bank DKI Invites Pelni Hospital for Collaboration

Jakarta – Bank DKI signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Pelni Hospital regarding the utilization of banking services and health facilities as part of efforts to expand and optimize services between the two different entities. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by the Director of Retail & Sharia at Bank DKI, Babay Parid Wazdi and dr. Dewi Fankhuningdyah Fitriana as Main Director of PT RS Pelni in Jakarta (7/12).

Bank DKI Retail & Sharia Director, Babay Parid Wazdi said, through the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding, Bank DKI is ready to support various payment transactions that can be utilized by all employees and Management of Pelni Hospital. "Bank DKI will provide easy banking transactions by providing Cash Management System services, opening accounts (Savings, Current Accounts and Deposits), consumer credit financing and placing ATM machines in the hospital environment that can be used by visitors and patients," said Babay.

Furthermore, Babay Parid revealed that this signing was a momentum to open good cooperation between Bank DKI and Pelni Hospital which has made a history of health services to the people of Indonesia, especially DKI Jakarta for more than 100 years. In addition to optimizing banking services provided by Bank DKI, as a form of business reciprocity, Pelni Hospital will provide health services for all Bank DKI employees, starting from inpatient services, outpatient care, teleconsultation, to Medical Check Up (MCU) and emergency services.

In the transformation efforts carried out by Bank DKI, under the leadership of the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, Bank DKI has experienced significant progress. Bank DKI was able to win various awards through the Company's continued positive performance, as well as relentlessly providing product and service innovations for customers, work partners and stakeholders.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi, said that Bank DKI welcomed the signing of this memorandum of understanding as an opening step for cooperation between the two institutions. "This collaboration is certainly a starting point for opening up greater synergy and collaboration in the future, with the aim of providing benefits to many parties," said Arie.

Expand Synergy and Collaboration

Apart from exploring collaboration with Pelni Hospital, Bank DKI has previously been active in expanding synergy and collaboration with BUMD DKI Jakarta Province and other business entities. Most recently, in order to realize the growth and progress of the City of Jakarta through support for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government program, Bank DKI facilitated the opening of accounts and payment of salaries for new PAM Jaya employees.

Collaboration was also carried out by Bank DKI by collaborating with PT Rintis Sejahtera (PRIMA Network) to provide a cardless cash withdrawal service (Cardless Cash Withdrawal). This collaboration makes it easy for Bank DKI customers who can now make cardless cash withdrawals at thousands of Bank BNI ATM networks and CIMB Niaga ATMs with the PRIMA logo anywhere, throughout Indonesia.
