Successfully Leading Transformation, Bank DKI President Director Fidri Arnaldy Wins TOP 100 CEO 2022

Jakarta – Successfully leading the company's transformation since 2021 and polishing positive performance amidst conditions that are still filled with uncertainty, the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy won the Top 100 CEO 2022 award. This award was initiated by Infobank at the TOP 100 CEO's & The Next Leaders Forum 2022 in Jakarta (23/11). Still at the same event, Senior Executive Vice President of PT Bank DKI, Ferry Ardiansyah also received an award as TOP 200 Next Leaders in Financial Sectors & Soes 2022.
The President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, expressed his thanks and appreciation for the award he received. "This award is certainly a valuable appreciation for the efforts in leading the Transformation 5.0 program at Bank DKI, important attention regarding the meaning of leadership is also a concern because for me Leadership is Action Not Position." Fidri said.
The TOP 100 CEO 2022 award is a form of appreciation for the CEOs selected by Infobank who come from five industrial sectors, namely banking, life insurance, general insurance, multi-finance and BUMN. A number of criteria determine which CEOs will be included in the ranks of the Top 100 CEOs 2022, based on the company performance rating of "Very Good" according to Infobank, company size and a number of achievement factors and accomplishments of the selected CEOs, including success in leading the company's transformation, turnaround, and overcoming the challenges of the crisis caused by the pandemic that hit.
Apart from assessing the company's performance and the achievements or achievements of the CEOs, the CEO's experience, character and contribution to the industry are also assessed in this Award. Fidri Arnaldy, who has served as President Director of Bank DKI since 28 June 2021, has more than 32 years of experience in banking, both conventional and sharia, with the best performance achievements. Due to the experience and achievements achieved during his journey, Fidri Arnaldy as President Director of Bank DKI is always able to be a cool-handed leader, who brings real change to the company and carries out innovation and transformation in every company he leads.
Bank DKI's excellent performance under the leadership of President Director Fidri Arnaldy deserves thumbs up. Bank DKI was able to record various positive performance achievements and solid expansion, reflected in the record net profit of IDR 726 billion or growth of 28.83% year on year (YoY) in the third quarter of 2022. In addition, throughout 2022 Bank DKI has succeeded in winning various prestigious awards from several institutions. A total of 26 (twenty six) awards have been achieved by Bank DKI, including being ranked 15th out of the 20 Best Banks according to Forbes Indonesia magazine. Most recently, Bank DKI won the award as "The Strongest Big Regional Bank by Capital" at the 2022 CNBC Indonesia Awards.
Bank DKI has also succeeded in achieving a number of ISO certifications to support improving the quality of products and services, namely ISO 37001:2016: Anti-Bribery Management System from PT TUV Nord Indonesia, ISO 27001:2013 concerning Information Security Management Systems, from TUV Rheinland Indonesia, and ISO 9001:2015 concerning Quality Management Systems from the British Standards Institute. In terms of product and service development, especially digital banking, Bank DKI also presents the JakOne Abank application for MSME players. Apart from that, Bank DKI is also developing the JakOne Mobile supper app which comes with a more attractive and user friendly appearance, as well as the simple JakOne Pay app which makes non-cash transactions easier for the public.
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi, added that the spirit of leadership under the leadership of President Director Fidri Arnaldy has also encouraged Bank DKI people to continue to grow, develop above the average national banking growth and continue to innovate to realize the vision as the Bank of Choice for an Advanced and Prosperous Jakarta.
