Bank DKI Wins TOP Digital Corporate Brand Award 2023 in Conventional and Sharia Category
Jakarta, April 13 2023Director of Finance & Strategy of Bank, DKI, Romy Wijayanto received an award for Bank DKI from Info Ekonomi.id and TRAS N Co Indonesia as the TOP Digital Corporate Brand Award 2023 "Special Achievement for Financial Industry in two categories at once, namely the Regional Development Bank and Sharia Business Unit categories, at the TOP Digital Corporate Brand Award 2023 which was held online on Wednesday (12/04). This award was successfully achieved for the performance and digitalization efforts carried out by Bank DKI with reference to 3 assessment aspects, namely: search engine aspect, social media aspect and website aspect, Bank DKI is considered to have high popularity and engagement as well as ease of access to search engines.
Under the leadership of the President Director, Fidri Arnaldy, Bank DKI is increasingly adaptive to provide digital-based services in order to provide convenience to customers and encourage the implementation of non-cash transactions. One of them is the JakOne Mobile application which now comes with increasingly complete features, starting from paying various bills and shopping online, scanning transactions with QRIS, topping up electronic money balances, giving alms and donations, paying taxes and levies, to opening deposits and savings accounts online. One of the newest features is Mobile Cash for cardless cash withdrawal transactions at Bank DKI ATMs and ATMs of other collaborating banks, such as BCA, BNI, CIMB Niaga with the Prima logo.
Apart from that, it also includes the JakOne Abank application and the development of Digital Lending aimed at MSME players so that it can encourage accelerated economic growth. In terms of card-based non-cash transaction services, Bank DKI continues to expand the acceptance of JakCard which functions as an electronic money card in various modes of transportation in DKI Jakarta, entrance tickets to a number of museums, as well as transactions at various merchants collaborating with Bank DKI.
