Supporting PMI Services, Bank DKI Hands Over 1 Unit of Operational Car
Jakarta, January 24 2025Jakarta – In order to support social programs and strengthen synergy with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), Bank DKI handed over 1 (one) unit of operational car to PMI DKI Jakarta by the Vice President for Institutional Relations of Bank DKI, Zulfikryshah to the Treasurer of PMI DKI Jakarta, Bayu Herdaya Suryadiredja on Thursday (23/01). The handover of this operational car is part of Bank DKI's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program which is committed to making a real contribution to various humanitarian programs run by PMI DKI Jakarta.
Bank DKI President Director, Agus H. Widodo said that Bank DKI's CSR program is aimed at supporting various social initiatives, including the health sector. "The handover of this operational car is a form of Bank DKI's concern for the community's need for adequate health facilities. We hope that this operational car can increase the accessibility and comfort of the community in getting health services from PMI DKI Jakarta," said Agus.
Previously, Bank DKI had participated in various programs for PMI DKI Jakarta, including the CSR program of 1 (one) unit of blood donation car in 2023, PMI DKI Jakarta fund month activities, and various other PMI DKI Jakarta activities. Apart from that, Bank DKI also supports the non-cash payment system for public donations to PMI DKI Jakarta, using the scan to pay feature or transfer menu on the JakOne Mobile application, including the launch of Bank DKI's JakCard-based blood donor card to simplify data collection and blood donation services.
The President Director of Bank DKI, Agus H. Widodo, hopes that this CSR participation will also help improve relations between institutions more optimally, including increasing the potential for wider institutional cooperation. "Currently Bank DKI has also provided support for the use of financial products and services by PMI DKI Jakarta in the form of current accounts, deposits, multi-purpose credit facilities of Bank DKI by active PMI DKI Jakarta employees," explained Agus.
Furthermore, Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi added that apart from CSR in the health sector, Bank DKI also consistently implements various other CSR programs, such as educational assistance, environmental management, and support for MSMEs. "Through the CSR program carried out, Bank DKI wants to continue to play an active role in creating a positive impact on society and the environment," said Arie.
PMI DKI Jakarta Treasurer, Bayu Herdaya Suryadiredja expressed his gratitude for Bank DKI's contribution through the CSR program provided. "This operational car will really help PMI in supporting various PMI DKI Jakarta activities in providing health services to people in need," said Rustam. Chairman of PMI DKI Jakarta, Rustam Effendi, on a separate occasion also expressed his appreciation to Bank DKI and hoped that the operational vehicles provided by Bank DKI could provide broad benefits for the people of DKI Jakarta.
