Bank DKI has achieved top ranking in a survey entitled Satisfaction, Loyalty & Engagement (SLE) 2021 for the Regional Development Bank group. This was conveyed by the Corporate Secretary of Bank DKI, Herry Djufraini in his written statement in Jakarta (09/02).
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini said, "representing the entire management of Bank DKI, we would like to express our gratitude for the appreciation of the award that has been given, especially to Bank DKI customers and work partners for their trust in our products and services"

The survey, which was conducted in 2021, was carried out by the Infobank Research Bureau (BiRI) in collaboration with Marketing Research Indonesia (MRI) by measuring the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty using a gradual random method. The aspects measured include customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, customer engagement, and customer marketing engagement.
Herry added, this award is an encouragement for Bank DKI to answer customer needs and create a cash-less society by continuing to encourage non-cash transactions through digital-based product and service innovation.
Bank DKI's digital banking transformation efforts are carried out through the presence of various new JakOne Mobile features that make things easier for the public, some of which include the ease of opening deposits online and cardless cash withdrawals at Bank DKI ATMs.
Currently, customers can easily carry out various banking transactions via the JakOne Mobile application, starting from transfers between bank accounts, paying various bills ranging from telephone to electricity, purchasing credit, to zakat and donations. Most recently, the JakOne Mobile Bank DKI application can make it easier for users to make non-cash transaction payments via CPM (Customer Presented Mode), where users only need to show QRIS from JakOne Mobile to merchants to make transactions. Apart from that, Bank DKI also continues to make improvements in terms of human resources with efforts to increase competence through the presence of learning center facilities which are expected to be able to create reliable bankers in serving customers.
Apart from that, Bank DKI has card-based e-money products, namely JakCard and JakLingko which have been widely used as e-ticketing for transportation modes such as Transjakarta, MRT and LRT, leading Bank DKI to successfully rise to the top position in the BPD category in this year's SLE survey.
