Consistently Encouraging Digital Transformation, Bank DKI Wins Award at the 21st Annual Selular Award 2024

Jakarta - In line with Bank DKI's commitment and consistency in providing various digital banking services, Bank DKI succeeded in winning the Best Banking Digital Transformation Initiatives and Banking Accessibility (Category: Retail & Application) award by Selular Media Network, at the 21st Annual Selular Award 2024 event which was held in Jakarta on Monday (24/06).

Through a separate official statement, the Director of Technology & Operations and Acting Director (Plt.) of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, said that digitalization has become a major milestone in the development of the banking industry as an effort to provide banking services that are faster, more efficient and safer.

"Digitalization is now not just an option, but a necessity for banks to remain relevant and competitive in the digital economy era. Bank DKI is committed to continuing to innovate in developing digital technology that is able to optimally meet customer needs and support inclusive economic growth," said Amirul.

Furthermore, Amirul added that this Award is also dedicated to all stakeholders, customers and business partners, who have grown and given trust to Bank DKI. Including collaboration steps, entities, government, BUMD, BUMN, and other private sectors.

"Apart from aiming to expand financial access and increase the added value of products and services, Bank DKI's digital transformation initiative is also aimed at strengthening partnerships with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as a shareholder, especially support for various DKI Jakarta Province programs to realize the vision of Jakarta as a global city," added Amirul.
