Continuing to Encourage Digital Banking, Bank DKI Wins the 2021 BEST BUMD Award

Bank DKI won the award as Best BUMD which continues to encourage digital banking in the 2021 Indonesia Best BUMD Awards organized by Warta Ekonomi Magazine. The award was received virtually by the Leader of Bank DKI's Digital Development & Business Communications Group, Edo Yudhistira. This was conveyed by the Corporate Secretary of Bank DKI, Herry Djufraini in his written statement in Jakarta, (3/3).
This award is given for achievements, improvements and contributions made by BUMD related to BUMD's business performance, services and contribution to the regional economy. Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini said, "representing the entire management of Bank DKI, we express our gratitude for the appreciation of the awards that have been given, especially to Bank DKI customers and work partners for their trust in our products and services. This award is an encouragement for Bank DKI to answer customer needs and create a cash-less society by continuing to encourage non-cash transactions through digital-based product and service innovation."
As is known, Bank DKI is committed to developing and implementing digital banking focusing on customer needs in realizing a non-cash payment system. Bank DKI has done this, including by developing applications and implementation that focuses on communities such as Jakone Erte, Jakone Artri, Jakone Ancol, developing online credit application applications via the Consumer Loan e-Form and developing the JakOne Mobile application by adding features & services according to customer needs.
Most recently, the JakOne Mobile Bank DKI application can make it easier for users to make non-cash transaction payments via CPM (Customer Presented Mode). With CPM, users only need to show QRIS from JakOne Mobile to merchants to make transactions. Bank DKI also has card-based e-money products, namely JakCard and JakLingko which have been widely used as e-ticketing for transportation modes such as Transjakarta, MRT and LRT.
Win a number of prestigious awards
This award complements a number of awards achieved by Bank DKI at the beginning of this year. On January 29 2021, Bank DKI's Sharia Business Unit (UUS) won the 2021 Syariah Award organized by The Iconomics thanks to positive financial performance growth in 2020. In addition, on February 5 2021, Bank DKI also won the 1st The Best Indonesia GCG Award VI 2021 in the BPD BUKU 3 Non Public Company category from the Economic Review editorial team. Finally, Bank DKI received the 2021 Satisfaction, Loyalty and Engagement (SLE) Award from Infobank and Marketing Research Indonesia magazines.
