Bank DKI together with Bank Indonesia for the DKI Jakarta region, again digitized transactions at the Klender Perumnas Market, East Jakarta on Monday 27 June 2022. Previously, Bank DKI had digitized transactions at the Kedoya, Santa and Koja markets. This digitalization is carried out through digital payment acceptance via SIAP QRIS (Healthy Innovative and Safe to Use-Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). Present at the event were the Mayor of East Jakarta, M. Anwar, Head of Payment System Licensing Division, Bank Indonesia Representative for DKI Jakarta Province, Yufrizal, Director of Retail & Sharia of Bank DKI, Babay Parid Wazdi and Head of Regional Division 2 of Perumda Pasar Jaya, Nurman Adi Permana.

Bank DKI Retail & Sharia Director, Babay Parid Wazdi said that Bank DKI consistently continues to optimize digital banking services in the market through its various products & services. "For markets where buying and selling transactions dominate, Bank DKI has now presented the simple app JakOne Pay as an application for the young generation of millennials and Gen Z which can be used to carry out various daily transactions. This application supports transactions for scanning to pay QRIS, as well as other server based electronic money activities,"

Bank DKI is now increasingly adaptive to meet the needs of customers who demand ease of service through digital service transformation. Through the JakOne Mobile application, Bank DKI presents digital banking solutions for customer users to create a more personal, mobile and reliable transaction experience starting from paying various bills and shopping online, Scan by QRIS transactions, top up electronic money, giving alms/donations to others to securing emergency funds through opening deposits anywhere and anytime.

Until the May 2022 period, QRIS transactions via JakOne Mobile Bank DKI grew 561% (yoy) to IDR 15 billion compared to the May 2021 period of IDR 2 billion. Apart from QRIS transactions, as of May 2022, the number of JakOne Mobile users has also reached 1.7 million users, with a nominal transaction amount reaching IDR 1.3 trillion, and a transaction volume reaching 1.6 million transactions.

Babay Parid added, "In the last 3 months, transactions via Abank's EDC & JakOne machines in the Perumnas Klender market have been carried out more than 1,500 times, so from there it is a signal that they have started to go digital." Apart from that, by becoming a JakOne Abank agent, MSME players can serve various banking transactions and get commissions from each transaction.

As a bank that gives full attention to the development of MSMEs, Bank DKI also participates in the People's Business Credit program. In 2022, Bank DKI targets to be able to distribute KUR amounting to IDR 1 trillion to MSMEs in Bank DKI's operational areas, including existing debtors, JakPreneur members and Perumda Pasar Jaya traders.
