Bank DKI Collaborates with Nusantara Savings and Loans Cooperative (KOPNUS) to Distribute Credit to Retired ASN and TNI Polri

Jakarta – Bank DKI continues to support inclusive financial services, especially for ASN, TNI and Polri retirees, by establishing synergy with the Nusantara Savings and Loans Cooperative (KOPNUS) in terms of utilizing Bank DKI products and services. By signing a Cooperation Agreement for the utilization of banking products and services by the Director of Retail & Sharia at Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus, together with the Chairman of KOPNUS, Joshua Rahmat, and the Treasurer of KOPNUS, Tedja Surya Utara, on Tuesday (17/12) in Jakarta, Bank DKI hopes to expand access to credit products and consumer financing. The signing was also witnessed by KOPNUS Advisor, Rahmat, and Vice President of Bank DKI's Consumer Credit Group, Zulfikryshah.

Henky Oktavianus, Director of Retail & Sharia at Bank DKI, said that this collaboration is one of the strategic steps to expand Bank DKI's banking services while providing easier access to finance for ASN, TNI and Polri retirees, "We hope that this collaboration can provide optimal benefits for KOPNUS members and can accelerate the growth of consumer segment credit and financing, namely Multi-Purpose Credit (KMG) and Home Ownership Credit (KPR), while still prioritizing the principle of prudence in credit management," said Henky.

Through this collaboration, Bank DKI will distribute Multi-Purpose Credit facilities to KOPNUS members using a channeling scheme, to meet consumer financing needs, especially for retired Civil Servants (PNS) and retirees from other agencies who are KOPNUS Members. The Bank DKI Multi-Purpose Credit distributed in this collaboration is designed to provide loans in a fast, easy and transparent process for prospective debtors who meet the requirements. Apart from that, Bank DKI together with KOPNUS will also ensure compliance with applicable regulations in order to maintain maximum credit quality and debtor data protection.

Chairman of KOPNUS, Joshua Rahmat, in his statement said, KOPNUS welcomed the synergy established with Bank DKI in terms of utilizing credit products and services in line with KOPNUS' role in supporting the welfare of its members, especially retired civil servants, TNI and Polri. "Through this collaboration, we are optimistic that we can provide easier, faster and safer access to financing, in line with KOPNUS' vision to continue providing financial services that are beneficial to members and the community," said Joshua.

A similar thing was also conveyed by the Vice President of Bank DKI's Consumer Credit Group, Zulfikryshah, who said that Bank DKI continues to strive to expand the reach of credit products and services for the consumer segment through various collaborations with third parties. "Through the collaboration that has been built, Bank DKI strives to continue to encourage the creation of inclusivity and facilitate access for the people of Jakarta to banking products and services, especially the consumer segment, namely Multi-Purpose Credit and Financing," said Zulfikryshah.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi added "In an effort to make it easier for customers to apply for credit and financing, Bank DKI also presents digital-based services. One of the innovations is the KMG Online feature on the JakOne Mobile application, so customers can apply for KMG anytime and anywhere," concluded Arie.
