Bank DKI Supports Digitalization of e-Ticketing at Kali Adem Muara Angke Port

Supporting a digital ticket management system (e-Ticketing), Bank DKI is implementing digitalization of the Kali Adem Muara Angke Port. This was conveyed by the Director of Technology & Operations at Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono after accompanying the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan when he inaugurated the Kali Adem Muara Angke Port Terminal, (3/10).
The Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan said, "If you look at this port now (after revitalization), the difference is extraordinary and can accommodate many passengers and is comfortable. This modern port is mainly for smooth transportation activities for the people of the Thousand Islands and tourism. We hope that this facility will also improve the welfare of the people of the Thousand Islands."
Amirul said, "We (Bank DKI) are grateful and welcome the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's efforts to collaborate with Bank DKI to support the revitalization of Kali Adem Muara Angke Harbor by providing non-cash transaction services, both in the e-ticketing system on the "Jaket Boat" ticket booking application. Apart from that, Bank DKI also supports the implementation of non-cash transactions at food and beverage merchants in the Kali Adem Muara Angke Harbor Canteen through digital payment channels such as JakOne Mobile and JakOne Pay."
As is known, Jacket Boat (Jakarta e-Ticketing Boat) is a collaborative application between the DKI Jakarta Transportation Department and Bank DKI in ordering and paying tickets from Kali Adem Muara Angke Harbor to the Seribu Islands. Through the Jacket Boat application, tourists can visit tourist attractions in the Thousand Islands such as Kelor Island, Bidadari Island, and a number of other islands.
Tourists/visitors simply download the Jacket Boat application on the Google Play Store for Android-based cellphones and the App Store for IOS-based cellphones. Amirul added, "After registering, go to the Boat Jacket main menu and select Buy Boat Ticket. Next, fill in the departure, return and number of passengers data to find the availability of boat tickets. After that, information on available tickets will appear. The next stage, fill in the passenger's identity then continue payment. The final stage, select the payment method with DKI Bank Virtual Account or QRIS, then click pay. The ticket will then appear in the form of a QR Code which can be scanned at the Port entrance gate."
As is known, the renovation of the Kali Adem Muara Angke port has now been completed. Through collaboration between the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and various parties including Bank DKI, the port in North Jakarta now appears more modern. In fact, the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) has operated four new ships to serve passengers from Kali Adem Pier to the Seribu Islands and vice versa.
In line with this, through the latest version of the JakOne Mobile Super Apps, Bank DKI has presented a digital banking solution for customers who are expected to experience a more personal, mobile and reliable transaction experience starting from opening online savings accounts anywhere and anytime, paying various bills and shopping online, QRIS transactions, electronic money top ups, paying retribution bills and ordering transportation tickets online, giving alms/donating to others to securing emergency funds through opening deposits and savings online.
Equipped with JakOne Pay electronic money, customers using JakOne Mobile mobile banking can easily make payments via QRIS with a choice of source of funds, a savings account, or electronic money during the event. Apart from that, visitors can also use the JakOne Pay application as an option for transactions, with an attractive and lighter appearance. People who want to use JakOne Pay also don't need to be Bank DKI customers, just download the application on the Google Play Store for Android-based smartphones and the App Store for IOS-based smartphones. As of June 2022, the number of JakOne Mobile application users has reached 1.7 million users with a total number of transactions reaching 10.8 million transactions, with a transaction value of IDR 9.1 trillion.
Lastly, Amirul hopes that the modernization of public service facilities in DKI Jakarta can continue to be intensified, for the sake of Jakarta being a developed city, its citizens happy.
