Bank DKI Distributes 245,749 KLJ, KPDJ, and KAJ

Jakarta – As a form of support for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Program in terms of handling social vulnerability through providing Social Assistance to residents with special criteria, Bank DKI is again distributing Social Assistance Cards for new recipients to fulfill basic needs (PKD) for the Elderly (KLJ), Jakarta Disability Card (KPDJ), Early Childhood (KAJ). Distribution has been carried out from 7 August 2023 to 31 August 2023. "Bank DKI ensures that the distribution process runs smoothly while still prioritizing comfort for the beneficiaries," this was stated by the Director of Technology & Operations and Acting Main Director (Plt.) of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, in Jakarta (23/8).

Amirul further explained that the distribution area was carried out ceremonially simultaneously in the Seribu Islands spread across 6 islands in the South and North Seribu Islands on 07-08 August 2023 with a total of 380 beneficiaries and at 5 location points spread across 5 areas of Jakarta on 22 August 2023 with a total of 2,437 beneficiaries. In addition, there are 245,749 beneficiaries of Social Assistance to Fulfill Basic Needs (PKD) for the Elderly, People with Disabilities, Early Childhood and Children and Youth in Jakarta in 2023 with the following details:

This data is in accordance with Governor's Decree Number 460 of 2023 concerning amendments to Governor's Decree Number 281 of 2023 concerning Recipients and the Amount of Social Assistance in the Context of Social Protection for the 2023 Fiscal Year. "Furthermore, new recipients will be invited in stages," said Amirul.

For your information, the beneficiaries will receive funds amounting to IDR 300,000 (three hundred thousand rupiah) which will be deposited in their respective accounts. For existing (old) recipients, Bank DKI has carried out the transfer on August 11 2023, and each beneficiary has received funds for the period May-June 2023, while for new recipients, the funds received are for the period January-June 2023.

For recipients who received funds in the previous year, but did not receive them this year, they can check the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) via the website https://dtks.jakarta.go.id/, or make a complaint to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Social Service. Apart from that, the card received also has benefits, one of which is that the beneficiary can buy subsidized food (rice, meat, chicken, fish and eggs).

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi, on a different occasion appealed to all beneficiaries to make withdrawals on the Bank DKI ATM network, by always being careful and alert not to give their PIN to other people on behalf of Bank DKI. "If beneficiaries need further information, they can contact the Bank DKI Call Center Service at (021) 1500-351, and we urge them to take advantage of Bank DKI's digital banking services, one of which is the JakOne Mobile super app for easy transactions anywhere, anytime," concluded Arie.
