Presenting Sustainable Banking Service Innovation, Bank DKI Wins Indonesia Best Living Legend Company 2024
Jakarta, June 12 2024Jakarta - Bank DKI's consistency in providing easy banking transactions for the people of Jakarta was appreciated by SWA magazine with the award as Indonesia Best Living Legend Company in Managing Innovation 2024. This award was received by Bank DKI's Director of Retail & Sharia, Henky Oktavianus in Jakarta on Monday (10/6).
On this occasion, Henky expressed his gratitude for the support and trust that the public has given to Bank DKI products and services. "Full of gratitude, along with the appreciation we received, we also dedicate it to shareholders, all customers and work partners for the positive response given through the various innovation steps we have taken," said Henky.
Bank DKI's success in winning the award as Indonesia Best Living Legend Company in Managing Innovation 2024 was based on a number of assessment indicators carried out by the SWA team, through surveys. Where companies are asked to fill out 11 questionnaires that describe the management of each company, consisting of several parameters including commitment and vision, foundation, program and execution, as well as results and impact.
For information, Indonesia Living Legend Companies & Brands 2024 is an award given by SWA Magazine to companies and brands that have demonstrated strong and consistent business performance for more than 50 years. With the theme "Championing Innovation for Strong and Consistent Business Performance, this award is given as a form of appreciation for the company's commitment and dedication in advancing the Indonesian economy and reflects the importance of innovation in maintaining competitiveness and long-term business success.
Henky added that transformation and innovation are important steps for Bank DKI in responding to increasingly diverse customer needs and supporting regional economic development. "As a banking institution, Bank DKI plays a role in expanding access to financial services for the community through various digital innovations, collaboration with various parties, as well as providing support for various DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Programs," said Henky.
In line with this, Bank DKI's corporate secretary, Arie Rinaldi, said that various digital banking innovations have contributed to encouraging sustainable growth of Bank DKI. A number of Bank DKI contributions by providing digital banking services include electronification of payments in various modes of transportation, tourist attractions managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, digitalization of market payments managed by Perumda Pasar Jaya, distribution of Social Assistance funds from the Jakarta Provincial Government such as KJP, KJMU, KLJ, KPDJ, and various collaborations with BPD, BUMD and other entities.
