As a bank owned by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, Bank DKI is committed to supporting development in DKI Jakarta by encouraging DKI Jakarta BUMD synergy which is applied to various sectors such as transportation, food security and tourism. In the transportation sector, Herry said that Bank DKI also supports the development of integrated transportation in Jakarta by supporting a non-cash payment system using JakCard and JakLingko on Transjakarta, MRT Jakarta and LRT Jakarta.
Herry further stated that in the food security sector, Bank DKI synergizes with a number of BUMDs such as Food Station Tjipinang Jaya, PD Dharma Jaya, and PD Pasar Jaya, through food subsidies aimed at holders of KJP Plus, Worker Cards, Persons with Disabilities Cards, PPSU.
Bank DKI has also facilitated traders at the Cipinang Rice Main Market by providing Merchant Cards which can be used as identity cards, ATM cards, Bank DKI JakCards, as well as as merchant levy payment cards. It is also easier for cardholders to apply for credit to Bank DKI because the financial portfolio of their business is recorded in their account activities. This card complements the services of Bank DKI which has also placed a Service Office at the Cipinang Rice Main Market.
For the tourism sector, Herry said that Bank DKI has established synergies through the use of banking services and hospitality services with Jakarta Tourisindo. Through this collaboration, Bank DKI provides financing access facilities and e-channel services such as the Cash Management System. Apart from CMS, this collaboration also includes the use of banking facility services in the form of opening savings, deposit and current accounts as well as providing Multi-Purpose Credit and Home Ownership Credit facilities to Jakarta Tourisindo employees.
The DKI BUMD synergy in the tourism sector has also been developed by Bank DKI with Ancol where Ancol and Bank DKI have now realized the use of Mobile-Point of Sale (M-POS) at all Taman Impian Jaya Ancol Main Gate (PGU) with Bank DKI e-channel services such as JakCard, GPN Debit Cards from either Bank DKI or other banks as well as accepting JakOne Mobile or QRIS QR Code transactions. Bank DKI together with Ancol also developed the Ancol Apps application which is an information service application for Ancol rides and has been integrated with JakOne Mobile.
A number of other synergies that Bank DKI has built with BUMD DKI Jakarta are placing funds in Bank DKI, distributing credit to BUMD including giving to MSMEs assisted by BUMD DKI Jakarta, providing Multipurpose Credit and KPR Griya Monas to BUMD employees.
