Bank Jakarta Wins Predicate of Informative Public Agency at the 2025 Public Information Openness Award

Jakarta — Bank Jakarta received the title of Informative Public Agency in the 2025 Public Information Openness Award by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Information Commission, which was received directly by the Director of Finance & Strategy of Bank Jakarta, Basaria Martha Juliana at Balai Agung, DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Building, on Monday (22/12).

This achievement is the result of Bank Jakarta's continuous efforts to fulfill Public Information Openness regulations, which are carried out through improving internal processes, strengthening the function of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID), as well as improving the quality of information services to the public through various official Bank Jakarta communication channels.

The President Director of Bank Jakarta, Agus H. Widodo, said that the appreciation received was an encouragement for Bank Jakarta Management in building good corporate governance, especially in maintaining information transparency.

"We interpret this award as the result of an ongoing improvement process, as well as a reminder to maintain consistent information disclosure in accordance with applicable regulations," said Agus.

For your information, in the last three years Bank Jakarta has shown progress in the implementation of information disclosure, which is reflected in the increase in the title in 2023 as a Less Informative Public Agency, increased in 2024 as a Towards Informative Public Agency, and this year 2025 as an Informative Public Agency.

In providing public information services, Bank Jakarta has utilized various communication channels, including the official website, social media, publications, announcements and other information facilities, to ensure access to the information needed by the public can be delivered appropriately and in accordance with applicable regulations.

In line with this, the Corporate Secretary of Bank Jakarta, Arie Rinaldi, expressed Bank Jakarta's commitment to continue implementing the principles of transparency and accountability consistently.

"The implementation of information disclosure at Bank Jakarta is not only to fulfill regulatory obligations, but is part of our commitment to maintaining public trust. In the future, Bank Jakarta will continue to carry out evaluations and improvements to encourage continuous improvement in the implementation of Public Information Openness, so that this Informative predicate can be maintained and improved, in accordance with applicable regulations," concluded Arie.
