Carrying out HR Transformation, Bank DKI Continues to Improve the Capabilities of Marketers

Published: 02 April 2022

As part of the Transformation 5.0 program series, Bank DKI is increasing the capabilities of marketers through a Business Coaching Clinic held at Bank DKI Head Office. Present at the event were the Director of Retail & Sharia at Bank DKI, Babay Parid Wazdi, and the Director of Technology & Operations at Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono as speakers in front of the Marketers. This was conveyed by the Director of Retail & Sharia at Bank DKI, Babay Parid Wazdi, in a written statement in Jakarta (1/4).

In the Business Coaching Clinic event, marketers were provided with strategies and ways to attract new customers and debtors, so it is hoped that this knowledge can help marketers in marketing Bank DKI products and services. "The essence of this Coaching Clinic is to carry out the most appropriate strategies and steps so that marketers can achieve targets every month. Of course, at the end of each period, marketers will be given incentives according to their performance during that period."

In the context of human resource transformation, Bank DKI has established this coaching clinic mechanism in a firm and disciplined manner, so that Bank DKI's business and financial performance can grow in accordance with the targets that have been set for 2022. This coaching clinic mechanism is carried out every day, every week, every two weeks and every month, and involves various elements of Bank DKI from both branch offices and head office. "This mechanism is also concrete evidence of increased collaboration between Bank DKI elements," continued Babay Parid.

Apart from conducting business coaching clinics, Bank DKI continues to make efforts to strengthen the capacity and capability of human resources through education and developing performance assessments using a performance management system and digitalization of human resource management called the Human Capital Information System (HCIS), namely a web-based human resource information system used to fulfill, store, change, analyze, send and distribute data and information needed in employment management. Bank DKI has taken various steps to increase the digitalization of HR management through HCIS.

Bank DKI has also developed JakTeam, an internal digital application that makes it easy for all Bank DKI employees to get the latest information and activities about the company from the palm of their hand. This application also has an online attendance feature which provides convenience to all employees

Various efforts to improve the quality of human resources that have been carried out by Bank DKI have also received appreciation in the form of awards for The Best HR Management for the Outstanding Excellent Strategic Values, and Program to Develop Competent HR in the Regional Bank category from the 2022 Indonesia Human Resources Awards held by Warta Ekonomi. "The education, development and digitization of HR management that we carry out is based on Bank DKI's efforts to continue to develop HR optimally, so that it can continue to provide the best products and services for customers and the entire DKI Jakarta community," concluded Babay Parid.
