Published: December 20, 2021

Strengthening BUMD collaboration, Bank DKI together with Pembangunan Jaya Ancol (PJA) signed a Business Collaboration Cooperation which was held at Candi Bentar Ancol, Jakarta (20/12). The signing of this collaboration includes the distribution of credit worth IDR 1.24 trillion in stages and collaboration on digital marketing services.

The signing of the credit agreement was signed by the Main Director of Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Teuku Sahir Syahali, with the Finance Director of Bank DKI, Romy Wijayanto. Meanwhile, the signing of the memorandum of understanding for digital marketing services was carried out by the Director of Development Jaya Ancol, Febrina Intan with the Director of MSE Credit and Sharia Business of Bank DKI, Babay Parid Wazdi. The signing was witnessed directly by the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, the President Commissioner of PJA, Thomas Lembong and the Head of the Transportation, Property and Finance Business Division of BP BUMD DKI Jakarta, Pujiono.

The President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, explained that the credit distribution consisted of working capital credit of IDR 389 billion for Ancol's operational activities which had started to resume business activities in line with the relaxation of social restrictions in DKI Jakarta, and credit of IDR 516 billion for refinancing PUB II Phase II Ancol Bonds. In the future, Bank DKI will distribute credit amounting to IDR 334 billion to finance routine investment, maintenance and development of the assets of Pembangunan Jaya Ancol which has started to resume its business activities in line with the relaxation of social restrictions in DKI Jakarta.

Apart from lending, Bank DKI and Ancol are also collaborating on digital marketing services, including cooperation on marketing tickets for the Taman Impian Jaya Ancol recreation, which includes cooperation on marketing recreation units, cooperation on ticket sales, and developing digital payment mechanisms as well as making Ancol reseller carts.

Bank DKI's other support for Ancol is the digitization of the payment system through various Bank DKI e-channels including Ancol Apps, MPOS, JakOne Mobile and JakCard. Apart from digitalization, it also supports the marketing and sales of Ancol recreational tickets, through the website, including Ancol cash pooling through Bank DKI. Through this collaboration, it is hoped that all Ancol members and visitors will later become Bank DKI customers. Especially for Ancol Merchant Resellers, Bank DKI will also provide micro credit facilities and become agents through JakOne Abank Bank DKI.

Pembangunan Jaya Ancol has been Bank DKI's strategic partner in encouraging the implementation of non-cash transactions in DKI Jakarta through the use of digital banking products and services such as GPN debit cards, JakCard, JakOne Mobile, and the Cash Management System. The Ancol Apps collaboration which is integrated with JakOne Pay is a form of collaboration between two DKI Jakarta BUMDs which indicates the readiness of DKI Jakarta BUMDs to compete in the digital era.
