Bank DKI Wins 2022 Archives Supervision Award from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government

Jakarta – Assessed to perform well in archive management within the DKI Jakarta Province, Bank DKI succeeded in winning an award as a Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMD) with 2022 Archives Supervision Results in the "Very Good" category. The award was handed over by the Regional Secretary of DKI Jakarta Province, Marullah Matali, who was received by the Main Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy at the Archives Orderly Awareness Movement (GSTA) and the 2022 Archives Appreciation Award for DKI Jakarta Province (17/11).

Bank DKI President Director, Fidri Arnaldy expressed his thanks and appreciation for the award received by Bank DKI. "This award is an appreciation for Bank DKI for managing records in an orderly and professional manner as a form of implementing good corporate governance," said Fidri.

Fidri explained that Bank DKI had successfully received this award based on the results of archival management including aspects of archive creation, archive use, archive maintenance, archive depreciation, archive human resources and archive facilities, thus placing the "Very Good" category for Bank DKI. This assessment was carried out by the Library and Archives Service (Dispusip) as the Regional Archives Institution

For information, a number of steps have been taken by Bank DKI in managing archives, including transferring physical document media into digital form, as well as preparing a special place for storing archival documents. Apart from that, Bank DKI also periodically conducts outreach to work units regarding archive management before sending them to the final archive storage location.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi on the same occasion added that the importance of archive management is one of Bank DKI's efforts in implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG). "Important documents in banking administration from various work units at Bank DKI are maintained with adequate security standards in the archive warehouse. So that if needed, these documents can still be accessed easily"

Arie further said that Bank DKI continues to be committed to carrying out operations according to archival principles from upstream to downstream, as well as increasing media transfer efforts for physical archives so that they are easily accessible. "We also regularly conduct outreach to work units at Bank DKI, especially Branch Offices through the BERSINAR program, namely Clean, Beautiful, Comfortable, Safe and Neat as a form of increasing the importance of awareness of archives."

Achieved a Number of Awards

The award given to Bank DKI by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as a BUMD with Archives Supervision Results in 2022 is in the "Very Good" category, adding to the length of awards that Bank DKI has received, where throughout 2022, Bank DKI has received 25 awards. Previously, Bank DKI also won the 2022 CNBC Awards as The Strongest Big Regional Bank by Capital. Apart from that, Bank DKI also received the TOP BUMD Awards 2022, Indonesia Best BPD Awards 2022, and was named 15th out of the 20 Best Banks according to Forbes Indonesia magazine. Not only that, Fidri Arnaldy as President Director of Bank DKI was named in the TOP 29/100 CEOs by Infobank Magazine.

Not only awards, Bank DKI has also received a number of important certifications, namely SNI ISO 37001:2016 Certification concerning Anti-Bribery Management Systems issued by TUV Nord Indonesia (an International Certification Body from Germany which is recognized by the National Accreditation Committee) and ISO 27001:2013 Certification concerning Information Security Management Systems for the SuperApps JakOne Mobile Service published by TUV Rheinland Indonesia.
