Through the JakErte feature, RT management can be done online, and integrated with the JakOne Mobile application for easy payments and purchases. Even more lively, the launch of the JakErte feature was held at the Jakarta Fair 2023 Arena (25/06) with typical Betawi nuances such as Palang Pintu and ondel-ondel. Director of Technology & Operations at Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, who was also present to introduce JakErte, said that the presence of the JakErte feature makes RT management easier through a digitalization approach. "RT management has become easier, it can be done anywhere and at any time," said Amirul.
Amirul added that the JakErte feature which is present in the JakOne Mobile application also has the benefit of acting as a bridge between the Regional Government and the community. "The JakErte feature plays a role in optimizing regional income, empowering MSMEs, distributing information to the community and acting as a medium for social collaboration between residents," said Amirul.
For your information, the JakErte feature embedded in the JakOne Mobile application is a development of the previously existing JakOne Erte application. Available with a number of main features including: payment of fees and bills, news and activity information, submission of cover letters, citizen information and payments and purchases, and all of these features can be accessed via the JakOne Mobile application. Now, with the increasingly integrated features, residents only need to download the JakOne Mobile application to be able to use the JakErte feature. Previously, JakErte had gone through a trial phase in five areas of DKI Jakarta simultaneously, namely Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, West Jakarta, East Jakarta and South Jakarta. The trial phase was carried out to ensure the availability and suitability of JakErte features before expanding their use.
Siti Farida, one of the RT administrators in the Makasar District Area, East Jakarta, who was also invited and experienced using the JakErte feature, said that her party felt helped by the JakErte feature, especially in terms of RT cash management. "After trying to download it and learning, I tried using it for my cash needs and RT fees. This is very useful considering that I have quite a lot of residents, busy and busy," he said. Responding to this, Amirul Wicaksono welcomed this and said that all Bank DKI branch offices in Jakarta are ready to help with socialization and the need to use the JakErte feature for RT administrators in Jakarta.
