Bank DKI Wins Indonesia Public Relations Awards 2022

As a DKI Jakarta BUMD which also prioritizes information openness in society, Bank DKI won the Best Public Relations in Company Management on Expanding Banking Services Integration award in the Regional Bank category at the 2022 Indonesia Public Relations Awards (IPRA) held by Warta Ekonomi media on Thursday, January 27 2022. This was conveyed by the Corporate Secretary of Bank DKI, Herry Djufraini in a written statement in Jakarta, (28/1)

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini, in his statement said that this award is an appreciation for Bank DKI's consistency in communicating the implementation of non-cash transactions in DKI Jakarta and its surroundings through the implementation of digital banking services such as the JakOne Mobile and JakOne Abank applications which expand access to banking services to the public.

The 2022 Indonesia Public Relations Awards is an award given by Warta Ekonomi media to public relations companies who have excellent roles and functions to improve the quality of companies amidst increasingly tight industrial competition and Indonesia's economic conditions which are starting to improve.

Herry explained that Bank DKI continues to develop various digital products and services, including JakOne Mobile which currently has 1.3 million users and 17 thousand merchants. Apart from that, Bank DKI is also supported by an e-channel network for various banking transaction needs. "The IT development we carry out is based on Bank DKI's support for DKI Jakarta Provincial government programs, and provides solutions to banking needs for the community."

Currently, Bank DKI has a variety of digital products, including JakOne Mobile, JakCard, ATM & Debit Card, EDC & MPOS, ATM, Cash Management System (CMS), JakOne Bill, and QRIS. Most recently, Bank DKI launched JakOne Abank at Pasar Santa Jakarta, with the aim of encouraging the implementation of financial inclusion and expanding payment acceptance.

In addition, Bank DKI has initiated a number of Transformation 5.0 series, including digitizing MSMEs by using JakOne Abank throughout Pasar Jaya and Food Station, digitizing multipurpose credit applications through JakOne Community Apps such as JakSchool, JakOne Artri, JakOne Erte, as well as developing the Bank DKI ecosystem to become an integrator for BUMD DKI Jakarta.

"We consistently continue to inform the public and customers about these various developments through various communication media," said Herry. He also said that various IT implementations will continue to be carried out to support overall operational and business improvements so that the dream of realizing a cashless ecosystem in DKI Jakarta can be achieved.
