Brilliant Performance, Bank DKI Again Wins TOP BUMD Awards 2022

Bank DKI again won a number of awards at the 2022 TOP BUMD Awards organized by Top Business magazine in collaboration with the Regional Autonomy Institute (i-OTDA). The awards received by Bank DKI include the TOP BUMD Awards 2022 BPD #5 Star, Golden Star Trophy and TOP CEO BUMD 2022 for the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy and the TOP Pembina BUMD 2022 award for the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan. The award was received directly by the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy in Jakarta (20/04).
Fidri said that this award was an appreciation for Bank DKI's financial performance achievements in 2021, which in several aspects grew above the national banking industry average as well as various service innovations through digital banking which the company continues to encourage. He also said that this award was achieved thanks to the synergy and collaboration between BUMD DKI Jakarta as well as the support of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as a shareholder and the trust given by all Bank DKI stakeholders, especially customers.
Fidri further said that this award also shows that the Transformation 5.0 strategic steps currently being rolled out by Bank DKI management are on the right track to increase Bank DKI's capability and capacity in facing the VUCA era and increasingly fierce competition for digitalization of services in the banking and financial industry. Recently, on April 11 2022, coinciding with the 61st anniversary of Bank DKI, it inaugurated the New Flagship Branch KC Balaikota DKI Jakarta with a new and friendly feel for disabled customers which provides a CRM (Cash Recycle Machine) machine to make it easier for customers to make cash withdrawals independently and Mobile Cash which is a cardless cash withdrawal service at ATMs via JakOne mobile. In the future, this New Flagship Branch will become a standard service office which will later be implemented in other service offices.
Apart from that, Fidri also mentioned that Bank DKI has carried out a number of Transformation 5.0 series, including the digitalization of MSMEs by using JakOne Abank in all Pasar Jaya and Food Stations. In the future, JakOne Mobile Abank will be launched, which is a refinement of the current JakOne Abank application with the aim of encouraging the implementation of financial inclusion and expanding payment acceptance for MSME players in DKI Jakarta and its surroundings. In terms of digitalization of credit applications, currently digitalization of KMG (Multipurpose Credit) applications has been carried out via e-form, then digitalization is being developed for KUR applications so that it is hoped that the development of Bank DKI's digital ecosystem will become an integrator for the entire economic ecosystem in DKI Jakarta.
Bank DKI also continues to strive to provide digital ecosystem services or e-channels to encourage the implementation of non-cash transactions in various communities in DKI Jakarta through JakOne Community Apps such as JakOne Erte, JakOne Artri, and Ancol Apps. In the future, Bank DKI will continue to innovate digital banking services such as JakOne Pay and JakSchool as Bank DKI's efforts to continue to strengthen digital banking services to various communities in DKI Jakarta and complement the JakOne Community Apps that are currently available.
The 2022 TOP BUMD Awards were given to Bank DKI based on the results of the assessment of the Achievements, Improvements and Contributions that have been made, related to business performance, services and contributions to the regional economy. 20 Best Banks in Indonesia According to Forbes
The TOP BUMD Awards 2022 adds to the long list of awards received by Bank DKI. Previously, Bank DKI was named the only BPD included in the 20 best banks in Indonesia according to Forbes Indonesia magazine. The awarding of the World's Best Banks title to Bank DKI refers to the results of a survey conducted on more than 45 thousand consumers in 27 countries. Banks are assessed based on the level of consumer satisfaction regarding trust, digital services and financial advice.
"These various achievements have inspired us to continue to provide digital banking products and services that are able to answer the banking needs of Bank DKI customers and partners," concluded Fidri.
