Encouraging Digitalization, Bank DKI President Director Fidri Arnaldy Achieves Financial Top Leader 2023

The award ceremony was received directly by the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy at the 2023 Indonesia Financial Top Leader Awards which was held online on Wednesday (31/05).

Bank DKI President Director, Fidri Arnaldy, expressed his gratitude and also dedicated the award he received to shareholders and all stakeholders. The selection of the Indonesia Financial Top Leader 2023 was carried out through research by the Warta Ekonomi research team using a desk research, media monitoring and expert panels approach. Several indicators assessed include the company's financial performance consisting of asset growth, revenue growth and profit growth, as well as flexible financial model implementation factors, such as market segmentation and product development, business innovation that focuses on digital acceleration, implementation of risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement, as well as aspects of social obligations by empowering communities in the micro, small and medium business sectors. The fruits of Fidri Arnaldy's cool leadership in facing challenging economic conditions are clearly visible from the financial performance recorded by the Company. Bank DKI closed 2022 by recording the highest net profit in the history of the Company's existence of IDR 939.11 billion or growth of 29.11%. Total assets grew to IDR 78.88 trillion, supported by credit growth of 23.53% and deposit growth of 12.82% in December 2022.

Continuing in the first quarter of 2023, brilliant performance continued to be recorded by recording net profit growth of 17.77% to IDR 233.20 billion in March 2023 compared to IDR 198.01 billion in March 2022. Bank DKI credit also increased by 24.68% to IDR 48.37 trillion in March 2023, from IDR 38.80 trillion in the same period in the previous year, while fund performance third parties (DPK) also grew 16.27% to IDR 67.13 trillion in March 2023 from IDR 57.74 trillion in March 2022. This led to an increase in assets of 12.38% to IDR 79.93 trillion in March 2023, from IDR 71.13 trillion in March 2022. Fidri was also able to increase and maintain Bank DKI's Bank Health Level (TKB) category 2 (Good) for 2 years in a row.

Bank DKI is also adaptive in developing digital banking services to expand public financial access, including presenting the super apps JakOne Mobile, simple apps JakOne Pay, JakOne Abank and other digital banking services such as the Cash Management System, as well as developing digital lending applications for credit and financing facilities. In terms of card-based non-cash transaction services, Bank DKI continues to expand the acceptance of JakCard as an electronic money card for various DKI Jakarta transportation modes, entrance tickets to museums and tourist attractions managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and BUMD, to transactions at various merchants collaborating with DKI Bank.
