Collaborating with the Mini 4WD Community, Bank DKI Encourages Non-Cash Transactions

Jakarta - Continuing to encourage the implementation of non-cash transactions in DKI Jakarta, Bank DKI is collaborating with the Mini 4WD community in introducing the JakOne Mobile application at the JakOne Mobile Indonesia Damper Class National Championship Round I which will be held in Jakarta, 19-21 April 2024. Bank DKI's participation in this activity is a form of Bank DKI's efforts to embrace various communities and ecosystems in Jakarta, as well as a form of implementing financial literacy and inclusion programs, said the Director of Technology and Operations who is also the Bank's Acting President Director. Furthermore, Amirul Wicaksono hopes that by collaborating with the Mini 4WD community he can expand the use of JakOne Mobile in the Jakarta area and encourage the implementation of non-cash transactions. Moreover, according to Amirul, the number of Mini 4WD or Tamiya fans, which were popular in the 90s, is now increasing. Apart from that, Mini 4WD, which has now been under the auspices of the Indonesian Motorcycle Association since September 2021, has officially become an exhibition branch at the XXI 2024 National Sports Week (PON) which will be held in Aceh and North Sumatra, 8 to 20 September 2024.

JakOne Mobile Indonesia Damper Class National Championship Round I is an official national level Mini 4WD championship event held under the auspices of the Indonesian Motor Association for the Special Capital Region (IMI DKI) and attended by more than 150 (one hundred and fifty) Mini 4WD participants from all over Indonesia who compete for a prize of IDR 60 million in each series.

Team Director of Banteng Motorsport, Bimo Pradikto as chairman of the Benteng Motorsport Mini 4WD Community who is also the initiator of the JakOne Mobile Indonesia Damper Class National Championship Round I, expressed his appreciation for Bank DKI's consistent support as a collaborator in the development of the 4WD community. "We appreciate Bank DKI for its support for the enthusiasm of the Mini 4WD hobby activist team to jointly develop national level tournaments, as well as producing Mini 4WD athletes who are ready to make achievements. So, starting from a hobby, Tamiya has now become an official sport. professional," said Bimo.

Furthermore, Amirul Wicaksono hopes that together with Bank DKI's support for the JakOne Mobile Indonesia Damper Class National Championship Round I, it can encourage the achievements of athletes and the Mini 4WD community to excel on the national stage. "With great gratitude and pride, since 2022, Bank DKI can contribute to the development of athletes to compete in the Mini 4WD competition to become one of the Exhibition Sports at PON 2024. This is in line with Bank DKI's role to be the best partner for the entire ecosystem in Jakarta," concluded Amirul.
