Continuing to Encourage Innovation, Bank DKI Wins Indonesia Best BUMD Awards 2023

Jakarta – Bank DKI's active steps in encouraging digitalization transformation since 2021 have again been appreciated by independent institutions. Most recently, Bank DKI won another award in early 2023, as Indonesia Best BUMD Awards 2023 in Innovation and Create Appropriate Strategy, BPD category. The award was received directly by the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy at the "Indonesia Best BUMD Awards 2023, Improving Regional Accessibility Towards a Sustainable Economy" which was held online on Tuesday (31/01/2023).
Winning this award also complements Bank DKI's brilliant achievements at the beginning of 2023. Previously, Bank DKI had just won a total of 11 (eleven) award categories at once, including 5 (five) award categories as Best BPD Rank I in the "6th Satisfaction, Loyalty, Engagement and Corporate Reputation Awards 2023" by Infobank magazine. One special thing, Bank DKI was named The Best Regional Bank in Corporate Reputation 2023.
The President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, expressed his gratitude to all customers, work partners and stakeholders of Bank DKI who continue to trust Bank DKI's products and services. "This award is a valuable appreciation for Bank DKI's commitment to carrying out its role as a collaborator on economic growth in the region, especially DKI Jakarta, which we realize through the development and innovation of digital-based products and services for customer satisfaction. This award also shows that the Transformation 5.0 strategic steps currently being implemented by Bank DKI are on the right track to increase Bank DKI's capability and capacity in responding to the challenges of the VUCA era and increasingly fierce competition for digitalization of services in the banking and financial industry," said Fidri.
Furthermore, Fidri said that Bank DKI also continues to strive to provide digital-based services to encourage the implementation of non-cash transactions. The latest, in the form of simple apps, namely JakOne Pay and super apps New JakOne Mobile. New JakOne Mobile comes with a more attractive and user friendly appearance and more complete features, including the feature of opening accounts and deposits online without having to visit a branch office, payment of transactions using QRIS, payment of various bills and online shopping, top up of electronic money, giving alms/donations, to the Mobile Cash feature. Cash withdrawals at ATMs without a card can be done at ATMs of Bank DKI and other collaborating banks, such as Bank BNI ATMs and CIMB Niaga ATMs with the prima logo. Apart from that, it also includes the JakOne Abank application and the development of Digital Lending which is expected to maximize the implementation of financial inclusion for MSME players so that it can encourage accelerated economic growth, especially in DKI Jakarta.
For your information, the award is given based on the results of research conducted by the Warta Ekonomi research team on BUMDs from various fields throughout Indonesia, which are considered to have contributed to regional development, company innovation and excellent community service. The assessment is carried out through financial performance and company strategic policies in carrying out product and service innovation, business strategy, integration or business expansion, using quantitative and qualitative approaches, namely desk research, media monitoring and expert panels.
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi, added that this award motivates Bank DKI to continue to innovate and improve competitiveness, service and company performance in a sustainable manner to support the acceleration of national economic recovery or regional development.
