Bank DKI Wins Indonesia Best CMO Award and Indonesia Property Award 2024

Jakarta – Bank DKI won two awards at almost the same time, namely an individual award to the Retail & Sharia Director of Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus as the Indonesia Best Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Award 2024 in Enhancing Banking Services Convenience and Accessibility, and the 2024 Property Indonesia Award for the Property Supporting Business category, Banking Sub Category, specifically for Bank DKI's Griya Monas KPR product. The two awards were received directly by the Director of Retail & Sharia at Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus, at an event held in Jakarta on Thursday and Friday, 28 and 29 November 2024.

Director of Retail & Sharia at Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus, said that the Indonesia Best CMO Award 2024 and the Property Indonesia Award 2024 are a form of Bank DKI's consistency in providing innovative and relevant banking services to the community. In line with that, the President Director of Bank DKI, Agus H. The assessment method at the Indonesia Best CMO Awards 2024 was carried out through desk research and media monitoring in looking at the leadership quality of the CMO/Marketing Director, as well as considering the company's performance from 2023 to 2024. Meanwhile, the aspects assessed at the 2024 Indonesia Property Awards included Vision & Concept, Ideas & Innovation, Pioneering, Business Performance, Concern for the environment, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Reputation, Professionalism and Consumer Satisfaction.
