Jakarta, May 06 2025JAKARTA — Bank DKI continues to strive to restore the service system as quickly as possible. After opening the Off-Us ATM service, the interbank transfer service via the Real Time Online (RTOL) scheme on the JakOne Mobile application has returned to normal and can be used by customers. Interbank transfer services via the BI Fast scheme via the JakOne Mobile application are still in the process of further coordination with the regulator. This was conveyed by the Main Director of Bank DKI, Agus H Widodo in his written statement in Jakarta (6/5).
Agus further apologized for the inconvenience experienced by customers during the system recovery process while explaining that the recovery process was carried out thoroughly and carefully by prioritizing system security and customer comfort so that it was carried out in stages. He also reiterated that during the recovery period, confidentiality and security of data and customer funds were well maintained, customer funds were not reduced during the recovery process.
"We understand that this system maintenance activity has caused inconvenience for some customers. However, this is part of our commitment to continue to improve the comfort, security and reliability of Bank DKI's digital services," said Agus. Bank DKI also ensures that any problems that may arise have been followed up and resolved as best as possible. As a form of commitment to excellent service, Bank DKI routinely monitors and tests systems to ensure operational stability and smooth service.
Apart from JakOne Mobile, inter-bank transfer transactions can also be done via the Bank DKI ATM Network which is available 24 hours. Currently, Bank DKI operates more than 750 ATM units spread across various strategic points in the DKI Jakarta area and its surroundings, including at sub-district and sub-district offices, shopping centers, terminals, stations and other public locations. Apart from that, Bank DKI also has an ATM network in other big cities such as Bandung, Semarang, Solo, Gresik, Sidoarjo, and Lampung. Also at ATM Bersama and ATM Prima networks.
Inter-bank transfer transactions can also be carried out through the Branch Office Network/Subsidiary Branches of Bank DKI and Bank DKI Syariah on weekdays. Operational services at all Bank DKI Branch Offices operate normally and can be accessed by customers to meet banking needs optimally, including: cash deposit and withdrawal transactions (savings and current accounts), transfers between Bank DKI accounts, and transfers between banks via SKNBI and RTGS. Corporate customers can still carry out interbank transfer services using SKNBI and RTGS which are available on Bank DKI's Cash Management System.
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi, also expressed his gratitude for customer support. "We really appreciate customers' patience during the system maintenance process. For customers who still have problems, we provide various complaint channels that can be accessed, starting from the Call Center, visits to the nearest branch office, to direct messages via Bank DKI's official social media channels," explained Arie.
