Anies Appreciates Bank DKI's Contribution Regarding Collaboration in Handling Covid-19

DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Rasyid Baswedan appreciated Bank DKI's contribution regarding collaboration in handling Covid-19, including the Mobile Vaccine Car program initiated by the DKI Jakarta Health Service. This was conveyed by the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Rasyid Baswedan during his visit to 2 (two) Mobile Vaccine Car locations in Ciracas and Jatinegara, Jakarta (31/07).
Furthermore, Anies Rasyid Baswedan expressed his appreciation to Bank DKI as one of the BUMDs of DKI Jakarta which is participating in supporting the vaccination program which is being intensified by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. He also expressed his hope that vaccination could encourage the realization of herd immunity in DKI Jakarta. He invited members of the public to visit various vaccination sites provided by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
For your information, the mobile vaccine car is a program initiated by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to increase public access to vaccination. Through the initiative to provide mobile vaccine cars by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in collaboration with DKI Jakarta BUMD and other private companies, it is hoped that it can help the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in accelerating the creation of herd immunity, and can reach densely populated and remote areas in all corners of the city of Jakarta.
On the same occasion, Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini said that Bank DKI's participation in the Mobile Vaccine Car program is Bank DKI's real support for various DKI Jakarta Provincial Government work programs, especially handling and preventing the spread of Covid-19.
Bank DKI supports the Mobile Vaccine Car program by directly providing two mobile vaccine cars, health workers along with a number of health equipment. Bank DKI also contributed as a collaborator to 10 units of mobile vaccine cars for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as well as providing food to health workers during the Mobile Vaccine Car program. In its implementation, Bank DKI also collaborates with the Indonesian Mosque Council in a number of mosques, one of which is the Al Fattah Mosque.
Apart from participating in the mobile vaccine car, Bank DKI also contributes to the prevention and handling of Covid-19 in DKI Jakarta through a number of other programs. One of them is the Bank DKI Vaccination Center which was completed throughout July 2021. More than 4 thousand people, both employees, employees' families and the general public have participated in the program.
Previously, in March, April and May 2021, Bank DKI had vaccinated 3,500 Bank DKI employees. In terms of providing vaccines, Bank DKI is also collaborating with Perumda Pasar Jaya and several schools as well as collaborating with the Gambir Community Health Center to vaccinate traders at Pasar Senen, Pasar Kramat Jati and Bank DKI outsourcing employees with a total target of 2,000 people.
Bank DKI also provides assistance in various facilities for self-isolation locations for Covid-19 patients prepared by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in 5 administrative city areas, including various medical equipment and tools as well as a number of other supporting infrastructure. Finally, Bank DKI also provided assistance at the Nagrak Flats self-isolation facility.
