Jakarta – In line with its commitment to improving the quality of banking services that are oriented towards customer satisfaction, loyalty and engagement, Bank Jakarta won the award as Golden Champion in Satisfaction, Loyalty, & Engagement at the 8th Infobank Satisfaction, Loyalty, and Engagement 2026 event which was received directly by the Compliance Director of Bank Jakarta, Ateng Rivai, in Jakarta on Thursday (22/01).

In detail, a number of award categories were received by Bank Jakarta for the quality of service provided to customers, namely the best categories: The Best Region Bank in Marketing Engagement, The Best Region Bank in Customer Centricity, The Best Region Bank in Brand Interactivity, The Most Satisfying Region Bank in ATM Service, The 2nd Best Region Bank in Loyalty, The 2nd Best Region Bank in Perceived Security, and The 2nd Most Satisfying Region Bank in Mobile Banking. For all these achievements, Bank Jakarta was named The 2nd Best Region Bank in Satisfaction, Loyalty and Engagement 2026.

Bank Jakarta Compliance Director, Ateng Rivai said that this award was a form of appreciation for Bank Jakarta's ongoing efforts and commitment in transforming products and services that focus on customer needs.

"This award reflects customers' trust and loyalty to Bank Jakarta. This achievement is also a responsibility for us to continue to improve service quality, strengthen digital innovation, and maintain the reliability and security of the banking system, including implementing compliance principles, risk management, and good corporate governance," he said.

Furthermore, Ateng emphasized that Bank Jakarta is committed to continuing to strengthen its compliance function as an integral part of supporting sustainable business transformation, so that Bank Jakarta can continue to act as an adaptive, competitive and integrity regional bank, in line with the dynamics of the banking industry and support for the national economic development agenda.

The 8th Infobank SLE 2026 award was given based on the results of independent research measuring customer perceptions and experiences of banking services. The assessment indicators include, among others, the level of customer satisfaction, loyalty and intention to reuse services (customer loyalty), customer attachment and interaction with the brand (customer engagement), service quality and ease of access on various channels, transaction security, as well as the performance of digital services and the ATM network.

In line with this, Bank Jakarta Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi, added that this achievement is a reminder for Bank Jakarta to continue evaluating and strengthening services, while maintaining consistency in building customer trust in a sustainable manner.

"This award encourages Bank Jakarta to continue to be consistent in strengthening customer centricity, engagement and service quality at all touchpoints, including office networks, ATMs and digital channels, effectively and measurably.
