Jakarta – To make it easier for Jakarta residents to make PBB payments practically, Bank DKI and the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of DKI Jakarta Province are collaborating with GoPay, electronic money part of Gojek Indonesia. This was conveyed by the Corporate Secretary of Bank DKI, Herry Djufraini in his written statement in Jakarta (23/9).

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini said, residents who want to pay taxes and levies can use GoPay via the GoTagihan feature on the Gojek application.

Herry added, this collaboration aims to provide convenience and comfort for DKI Jakarta residents in paying taxes, as well as an effort to maximize regional revenue potential through the implementation of non-cash transactions. Apart from that, this collaboration is also expected to be able to support bureaucratic reform efforts and financial transparency promoted by the DKI Provincial Government.

People who want to top up GoPay can also use the JakOne Mobile application from Bank DKI more quickly and safely, considering that currently non-cash transactions are being intensively promoted to avoid direct physical contact in order to be alert to the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Apart from making it easier for the people of DKI Jakarta to pay PBB, Bank DKI through the JakOne Mobile application also continues to innovate to make it easier for people to pay other bills such as eSamsat, motor vehicle tax, electricity, water bills and telephone bills.

This collaboration is one of Bank DKI's efforts to implement non-cash transactions for the people of DKI Jakarta through various services and products that are continuously being developed.

"Apart from continuing to develop products, we will also continue to strive to provide the best service for customers who make transactions at our service offices. Especially in the current Covid-19 pandemic conditions, implementing health protocols remains a priority without reducing the quality of our service," concluded Herry.
