Bank DKI Continues Synergy Supporting MSMEs at Citayam Market
Jakarta, November 20 2024Bogor - As a follow-up to the collaboration between Bank DKI through the Sharia Business Unit (UUS) with Perumda Pasar Tohaga, and PT Gemini Surya Pratama, on Wednesday (20/11) a ceremonial topping off of the construction of Pasar Citayam was held, which was attended by the Regional Secretary of Bogor Regency, Ajat Rochmat Jatnika, Main Director of PT Gemini Surya Pratama, Rivaldi Surya Pratama, Main Director of Perumda Pasar Tohaga, Haris Setiawan, Head of Pasar Citayam, Benny Firmansyah, and Director of Retail and Sharia at Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus. This revitalization program is a continuation of the cooperation program providing kiosk and stall credit for traders, which was carried out previously last January. Apart from that, at this ceremonial event there was also a symbolic handover of KUR iB financing contracts for Citayam Market Kiosk Ownership to several traders at Citayam Market.
Director of Retail and Sharia at Bank DKI, Henky Oktavianus emphasized the importance of revitalizing and providing credit products and kiosk financing for traders at Citayam Market as a step to encourage community economic development, especially for MSMEs and traditional market traders. "This synergy aims to provide convenience for MSME players as an effort to increase economic activity in the region," said Henky.
Bank DKI is also expanding support for MSMEs by adapting technology in the traditional market ecosystem through a market digitalization program. Bank DKI has successfully implemented this program in various markets managed by Perumda Pasar Jaya, including Santa Market, Koja Market, and Kramat Jati Market. This initiative allows traders and buyers to make daily transaction payments using digital payment services, including QRIS and the JakOne Mobile application.
