Synergy between Bank DKI and Transjakarta Presents the Independent KPR and KMG Transjakarta Program

Jakarta – Bank DKI and Transjakarta are establishing synergy again, this time through the Transjakarta Merdeka program, which is a Bank DKI Home Ownership Credit (KPR) and Multi-Purpose Credit (KMG) facility with an easy scheme for Transjakarta employees, which was symbolically launched in Jakarta on Friday (23/08). This step is part of the synergy of the DKI Jakarta Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) ecosystem, especially as support for home ownership and other consumer needs, for Transjakarta employees.

The President Director of Bank DKI, Agus H Widodo, through his official statement said that this collaboration is a form of Bank DKI's commitment to providing appropriate financial solutions for BUMD and strategic partners, such as PT Transjakarta. "This program is designed to help employees meet important needs. We believe this synergy will help improve the welfare of PT Transjakarta employees, both through meeting housing needs and other consumer needs," said Agus.

Agus added "Bank DKI is committed to always providing banking products and services that are easy to access and provide the best solutions for all PT Transjakarta employees," he added.

KPR and KMG Transjakarta Merdeka is a program providing special credit/financing facilities for Transjakarta employees for home ownership (subsidies/commercial) and other consumer needs, such as purchasing vehicles including purchasing electric vehicles, education costs, religious tourism, and holidays. This is also not only for consumer needs, but also as an investment strategy that can be used well. In providing KPR products, Bank DKI also collaborates with a number of housing developers/developers as housing providers, to ensure the availability of quality housing options for customers, including Transjakarta employees.

In line with this, Bank DKI Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi said that Bank DKI continues to innovate in expanding synergies for the DKI Jakarta BUMD ecosystem, including expanding access to financial services for BUMD employees. "This program is also expected to be a positive first step in improving the welfare of Transjakarta employees. With the presence of the Transjakarta Merdeka program, Bank DKI hopes that this synergy can continue to develop and have a positive impact on all parties involved," added Arie.

Previously, the synergy between Bank DKI and Transjakarta had been running on a number of initiatives, including the use of Jakcard as a payment tool of choice on Transjakarta, which had started in 2017. Apart from that, Bank DKI also supported the Transjakarta ecosystem by providing loans that could be used to purchase large, medium and electric buses.
