Bank DKI Inaugurates Semarang Branch Office and Semarang Sharia Branch Office

Bank DKI continues to expand its reach and improve services outside the Jabodetabek area by opening 5 (five) Branch Offices simultaneously in the Semarang, Lampung and Sidoarjo areas. So to date, the total network of Bank DKI Service Offices is 255 Service Offices, consisting of 24 Branch Offices (18 Conventional Branch Offices and 6 Sharia Branch Offices), 225 Sub-Branch Offices (211 Conventional Sub-Branch Offices and 14 Sharia Sub-Branch Offices) and 6 Sharia Cash Offices, which operate in the Jakarta, Bandung, Gresik, Solo areas, and most recently opened in the Semarang, Lampung and Sidoarjo areas.
Bank DKI is in the stage of implementing strategic policies through the Transformation 5.0 Program which has been running since 2021, with the main theme "Creating Quality Growth Acceleration with Transformation" which refers to 4 main aspects of change in Transformation 5.0: (1) Business Aspects, (2) HR Aspects, (3) Information and Technology Aspects, and (4) GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) Aspects in achieving sustainable performance targets and a walk the talk culture and growth mindset and facing the VUCA era (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) and competition for financial services in the era of increasingly fierce digitalization.
